My fiance and I had the pleasure of working with JoAnn on the invitations for our wedding. From the start, it was clear that JoAnn was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and had a lot of experience in this process. She had so many samples for us to see, touch, and consider. Seeing the different fonts, papers, sizes, and options allowed us to really get creative and have fun with the design process. JoAnn was so patient with us and answered all of our questions and even stepped in and gave us her honest opinion when we needed it. JoAnn made this part of the process so enjoyable and seamless. They say that your wedding invitation is the first impression your guests will have of your wedding, and with JoAnn, you are in the best hands possible to bring your dream wedding invitation to life!

Custom Invitations by JoAnn is the PREMIER place to order your wedding invitations! My family is now a 3 time returning customer with both of my sisters and now myself ordering our wedding invitations and stationary. I absolutely loved working with JoAnn. She provides a hands-on experience and offers a wide range of options for all tastes and price ranges. She never rushed me and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She is knowledgeable, efficient, and was transparent about costs and what was best for me from the beginning which I so appreciated. Amazing working with JoAnn

I found picking invitations out to be extremely stressful until I met JoAnn. I went to look at invitations from every highly recommended vendor in NJ lol! JoAnn made the experience so fun and worked within my budget while never compromising my vision or quality. I can't believe the phone calls I received from guests about how much they loved my invitations. Pictures really don't do the invite justice it was classy, elegant, timeless, with a unique aspect. I couldn't ask for more. Working w JoAnn will be one of your best wedding decisions. From one bride to another this will be one less thing to stress or worry about thanks to JoAnn. September 2024 Wedding

We picked JoAnn to do our invites for our wedding this coming September at Nanina’s In The Park and she went above and beyond at making such a beautiful invitation for us. First she was so responsive on Wedding Wire and via email , which was so great, and when we met with her in person to design our invitations, she listened carefully to what we wanted to put together our invitations. She also remained in our budget and was just so easy to work with. I highly recommend hiring JoAnn to do your wedding invites, you will be so happy you did!

I adored working with her, she even met me on the road halfway between where we lived for the drop off to get us the invitation quicker so we had them in time for proper mailing etiquette because we didn’t understand that the process takes time and she is a sought after business!

Immense amount of experience

JoAnn was extremely helpful with creating our wedding invitations! My fiance and I spent a few hours at her studio sifting through designs, lettering, envelopes, colors and more! We finally decided on this beautiful & elegant invitation that many of our guests reached out to let us know how lovely they are. JoAnn has an immense amount of experience which is exactly what you need when creating something for the first time. She is quick to answer emails and gives the perfect amount of input ! Wedding Invitations to remember!

To say that JoAnn was helpful in the planning of our wedding invitations would be an understatement. From the moment we booked an appointment to sit down with her to receiving our invitations, the process felt so easy for my husband and I. It was an enjoyable process for us. Our wedding invitations were beautiful, just perfect to what you envision having. JoAnn said that they set the tone for a wedding and she sure was right about that! Grateful for her patience & responsiveness with any questions we had at any time. Her professionalism is surely memorable and I appreciated her attention to detail for an outstanding invitation. Our wedding guests still compliment ours, what a beautiful feeling! We are overly thankful to have had her be such a big part of our wedding day. AMAZING - one of my favorite vendors

Joann is absolutely amazing to work with. She has you sit down and starts from the literal beginning of picking out your custom wedding invitations - we started with what color paper I liked, the color ink I preferred and then we went from there. she has a ton of examples to look through for comparison/ideas and you slowly but surely build your perfect invitation. I loved that I got to customize each font for every part of the invitation. She is extremely knowledgeable about proper etiquette which was important to me. I went in with a budget and unfortunately I didn’t stick to it but she did guide me on how I can save some money, she offered that I could assemble each imitation myself to save a lot of money which we ended up doing. We got so many compliments on our invitations!

JoAnn was amazing to work with and made the whole process of ordering invitations very easy and enjoyable! When we were going back and forth with the initial emails, she asked what we were looking for and I tried to explain the best I could. When we got to her store, she had a bunch of samples out showing exactly what we were looking for! She's extremely professional and very diligent. She went above and beyond and dropped off our invitations and even came back to drop off tape! I can't say enough good things about her! What a relief!

We were running out of time and options for online websites. Luckily, JoAnne was there to save the day. The initial consultation is about 2 hours (seems long but believe me you need it!) There are so many details to choose from. My fiancé and I are not really into this stuff so we used JoAnnes recommendations which we are super grateful for. We ended up getting complete customized invitations (as opposed to a template) and couldn’t have been happier with the results. We each had a little bit of what we both liked in it.

If you’re not crafty, it really helps to have a professional there to help you with small details you don’t realize are part of the process.

I came to JoAnn after trying to order invitations online. After being fairly overwhelmed with the details that go into creating a wedding invitation, I was put at ease when I met with JoAnn in her beautiful showroom. She was able to work within my budget and had everything prepared and ready to go when I got there. Not only are the products beautiful with great quality, but her wealth of knowledge on everything regarding the invitation process is priceless. From the moment I contacted Joann she was super responsive and a pleasure to work with. I had a crunch timeline and was under a lot of stress planning a last minute wedding and she made things happen for us! I spent more than I wanted to, but it is so very true that you get what you pay for. It was worth every penny. Joann definitely doesn't cut any corners with the work. She spent so much time with us and never minded answering our questions (even if they were repeated). During the design phase of the process she went above and beyond with the knowledge she taught us about invites and etiquette. She truly is a wealth of knowledge and brought up things I would have never thought of. Her work and taste are beautiful. If you want a prestigious invitation or any type of stationary, she is the way to go!

I can't say enough good things about JoAnn! She is absolutely amazing! Super helpful and responsive over email. I would send her an email and she would respond in less than an hour. JoAnn sat with us for several hours and patiently helped us design our invitations. Our invitations exceeded our expectations. They were absolutely gorgeous and we owe it all to JoAnn! JoAnn is excellent! She really puts the time and effort into ensuring you leave a happy bride! When I went to JoAnn's office, I was indecisive. She was patient and understanding, offering suggestions to help me make decisions. She spent almost 3 hours sitting with me during our first meeting!! It truly made me feel that she was invested in my wedding invitation creation and wanted everything to be perfect. During the editing process, JoAnn was always available. This was super important to me. We contacted each other mostly through emails, which worked great! Once my order was submitted, she gave me updates and let me know immediately when they came in. I FELL INLOVE WHEN I SAW THEM! Not only are the invitations perfect, but they really complete my vision. She was also reasonably priced, which is always a plus when wedding planning :) I would HIGHLY recommend JoAnn and I'll certainly be using her again for future invitations.

JoAnn has been the most stress-free wedding vendor to work with thus far. She respectfully accommodated our need for budget-friendly options, she was extremely detailed with guiding us through all the information we needed, and she was so responsive, organized and quick with all the logistics and communications. One appointment knocked out all of our questions and locked down all our invitation choices, and we had the beautiful invitations in our hands just a couple weeks later. JoAnn was an absolute pleasure to work with. Courteous and professional and works within your budget. Book your appointment well enough in advance as she books up quickly.. not because she is cramming in appointments, but because she takes the time to go over things with you meticulously. My appointment fell on the only blizzard we had all winter but she was quick to help in reschedule and it did not impede or delay in getting my invites. She makes a stressful process easy and really goes out of her way to make you feel at ease. She responds to emails quickly and stayed open late so I could pick up my invites before she went away for a few days. I can not say nice enough things about JoAnn! Highly highly highly recommended!

JoAnn was hands down the absolute best contractor that my husband and I had the pleasure of working with for our wedding at The Estate at Florentine Gardens in December 2013. She was incredibly responsive, professional, flexible, and willing to work within our budget. We needed to order several extra invitations, seating cards and dinner menus because of last minute additional guests. When this happened, despite the fact that I had to contact JoAnn at 9 p.m. in the evening, she had the additional seating cards and menu cards available for us to pick-up the very next morning. JoAnn goes above and beyond to help ensure that your wedding day is a true success and that everything goes smoothly and as planned. I wish that JoAnn could have been our florist and photographer, as well, because she is just so incredibly responsible, organized, and responsive. I would not hesitate to contact her to anyone that is planning a wedding or large celebration and needs to purchase invitations, seating cards, dinner cards and any other type of formal print. In fact, my husband and I have already recommended her services to several other people that are planning their weddings. JoAnn really is a first-rate professional all the way - hands down.

Even when she was on vacation with her family she e mailed back. She does beautiful work And is so easy and fun to work with. Planning can be stressful but she makes it easy and fun!

I found JoAnn to be extremely helpful and flexible. I was very pleased with the invitations she made for our wedding and we are having her do our church programs and seating cards as well.

JoAnn was amazing!!! She helped me pick out the perfect invitations for my wedding. JoAnn paid so much attention to detail and ensured that everything was just right. I will admit that I began to procrastinate as the date got closer, but JoAnn was VERY patient with me and help me through the whole process. She had a very flexible schedule, and was willing to meet whenever I was available. She also offered to take on some of the responsibilities, such as checking the guest list to make sure it was accurate. This was definitely a great experience.

I used JoAnn for my invitations and other things for my wedding. She was great! She has tons of patience and will listen and show you what you want. She helped keep my invitations affordable, and listened to exactly what I wanted. She is also great with answering any questions regarding any addressing problems and other wedding etiquette issues. I definitely recommend going to see her!

My invitations were absolutely breathtaking. I had a difficult time finding invitations online. I ordered samples for several weeks and was disappointed with each and every envelope I opened. Then, I found JoAnn! She is not only an absolute pleasure to work with, she is professional, patient and understands exactly what her clients are looking for. I liked her so much, I ordered as much as I could from her. I got my place cards, favors, scrolls and favor tags from her and everything was gorgeous. I would highly recommend scheduling some time to meet with her. You will not be disappointed. She is a class act!

Great Experience

JoAnn was very helpful in helping us chose our dream wedding invitations. She was great at helping us put together what we didn't even know we wanted. JoAnn has been a pleasure to work with. She was incredibly helpful with creating a perfect invitation package for our Catholic-Hindu wedding, and was always available to answer questions. JoAnn was wonderful to work with, knew everything there is to know about invites - from calligraphy to fancy envelopes-- and helped us customize our invitations down to exactly what we wanted. My fiance and I received many compliments on the beautiful quality of our invites, and I am so happy to have worked with JoAnn. Our wedding is only in October, but we sent our invites early as it is a destination. We will definitely be returning to JoAnn soon for more help with our table cards, name cards, and ceremony programs!

JoAnn was amazing! I initially found her through wedding wire and read that she was great in working within budgets. Turns out she is located right next to where I get my oil change but never noticed the establishment. Anyway, I sat with her and explained my situation, she was awesome and polite in telling me what was not within my means. She was patient, a great listener and a professional! JoAnn gave me pointers in ways to cut down my costs and proper wedding invitation etiquette. I received my invitations about two weeks after the last proof was approved. I was in LOVE with my selection. They were modern and elegant, perfect for my wedding. I am still getting positive feedback on the invitations.

We searched for wedding invitations online and Invites by JoAnn came up. We liked what we saw so we set up a meeting. We got lucky and were able to meet with her sooner than we expected. She worked with us looking through different designs until we founds the one we loved. Over all it was a great experience!

Had a great experience with Joann easy to work with and tries to help you out as much as possible. Most of our communication was by email or by the phone. She response as soon as possible which made my experience with her even better. My invitations are gorgeous I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
