Both my engagement ring and my wedding band are from Cross. Every time we go in they are very friendly and helpful.. And most importantly my rings are beautiful!

We worked long-distance with Cross Jewelers to get our wedding bands and they made the experience just wonderful. They made sure we had the bands on time for our ceremony. The bands are gorgeous and they even sized them for us while we waited at the store. Their customer services was outstanding!

While I have never purchased a piece from cross yet, I have had both my wedding band and engagement ring resized here. They are very easy to work with, kind and attentive. I never felt out of place there. A+
