Criú Hospitality Professionals provides trained, experienced, and insured event staff for weddings across San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties. Based in Templeton, California, in the heart of Central Coast wine country, Criú fills the gap most couples don't think about until it's too late. The rental company delivers the chairs and drives away. The caterer handles the food, not the service. Founder Pati Coelho brings over 25 years of hospitality management experience to every wedding Criú staffs, and she has built a team of more than 140 people who meet her standards. Criú can put up to 40 staff on a single event, which means a vineyard ceremony for 60 and a full estate wedding get the same level of care. In 2025, Travel Paso Robles honored Criú for its "Unwavering Hospitality and Commitment to Creating Great Experiences That Are Above and Beyond Expectations."

Services Offered

The Muscle Team handles setup and breakdown: tables, chairs, linens, and centerpiece placement per your floor plan, coordination with your rental company, and full teardown at the end of the night so you leave with nothing on your to-do list.

Waitstaff cover table setting and decor placement, food and beverage service alongside your caterer, ongoing bussing, cake cutting, coffee service, restroom checks, gift organization, leftover packing, and post-event cleanup.

Bartenders pour beer, wine, signature cocktails, mocktails, and non-alcoholic options, and manage the full bar experience from setup and inventory through pacing and breakdown. They arrive with a standard bar kit and can build a signature cocktail menu around your story as a couple.

Light Concierge covers the finishing touches: snacks and champagne delivered to the bridal suite, restaurant and sightseeing suggestions for out-of-town guests, personal belongings returned to the right room, and the small details guests feel without being able to name them.

Day-of event management is available as well, and Criú also staffs winery tasting rooms, wine festivals, corporate events, and private dinners throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties.
