We worked with Doug, and he was fantastic! He worked with my husband to design my engagement ring, and we went back to get our custom wedding bands. My husband's wedding band was intricate and Doug made sure he would be comfortable with the finished product. It came out awesome!!! We loved our rings, and loved our experience! We will definitely be back to see Doug the next time we want to purchase jewelry!

We used Doug at Cristofori and he was great. He designed my engagement ring with my husband and did our wedding bands as well. He was so helpful that we both went through him for eachother's wedding present and didn't even know it. We will definitely be going back to him again in the future for all of our jewelry needs.

Doug resized our wedding rings, professional and great to work with. We got our rings at another Jeweler - Pageo's in Newton Center - i do NOT recommend Pageo (see below for comments). Doug ran into the same issue with my ring that Pageo did, but he was able to take a little extra time, and figured out a way to make the sizing beads stick to the ring.
Minus 0.5 star on Responsiveness because I didn't get a phone call update on the day he said he would call - I needed to check in a few days later. But we weren't in a hurry, and the extra time to do it right was worth it.
