The people of France, especially those of the Northwestern region of Brittany, have enjoyed eating crepes since the Middle ages. There are two kinds of crepes or Krampouz from Brittany: Crepes au ble noir are savory tasty crepes made with buckwheat flour and Crepes au Froment are sweet crepes made with wheat flour. The choice is yours. The imported, iron crepe griddles are used to prepare the light flavorful crepes.

These crepes were the best I have ever had so far. The guests were very happy with the greta crepes they had. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend it.Sent on 12/08/2007
