We decided to have our wedding with a relatively quick turnaround time (6 months)…and the Flagstaff House was nothing short of incredible getting everything squared away and prepared for our day!

Annie was beyond any event coordinator I’ve ever worked with. She is friendly, responsive, helpful, and exactly who we needed when going through this process.

The Flagstaff House is known for their remarkable food & drinks — and they absolutely did not disappoint for our wedding. The gluten free, dairy free cake was the talk of the after party! No one could believe it was GF/DF.

The views from the deck were exactly what we envisioned and the dining room was perfect for our small-ish wedding.

The only couple of issues we had were with bringing our own sound system in for the ceremony (would’ve been helpful to have a solid option there) & the air conditioning not really cutting it on the hot June day.

We had several guests tell us it was the best wedding they had ever attended. Multiple people said it felt like a Michelin-star dining experience paired with the most breathtaking setting imaginable.

The wine and food deserves its own standing ovation. The pairings were thoughtful, elevated, and perfectly curated, and our guests are still talking about it months later.

Beyond the food and wine, the staff made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Every single person we interacted with on the day and during the planning process was professional, warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect.

Flagstaff House was an incredible place to get married. The views over Boulder were stunning and made our ceremony feel unforgettable. The food and wine were exceptional, and many guests said it was the best wedding meal they’ve ever had. The indoor/outdoor spaces were elegant and perfect for an intimate celebration.

A huge shout-out to Annie, our coordinator, who was organized, attentive, and truly made the entire planning process effortless. Highly recommend this venue for anyone wanting beautiful scenery, amazing service, and top-tier cuisine.

Our daytime wedding ceremony at Flagstaff House was absolutely wonderful. I booked the venue without ever seeing it in person, and it ended up being the best decision I could have made. Annie, the venue coordinator, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. I never felt the need to hire an outside wedding planner because the restaurant handled so much, including the food, cake, chairs, linens, table numbers, and overall venue setup.

Having both the ceremony and reception in one place made the day incredibly easy for our guests, and everything flowed perfectly from one moment to the next. On the day of the wedding, the space was beautiful. Our guests loved taking photos with the mountains as the backdrop.

I am so glad we chose a daytime ceremony because it created exactly the vibe I hoped for and allowed me to enjoy the entire day with family, friends, and my husband. And I will admit that it was a relief to get the most nerve-wracking part (walking down the aisle) done early in the day.

Flagstaff House allowed us to incorporate some special touches into our ceremony, such as having a live painter. Annie found the perfect spot for the painter both during the ceremony and reception and I really appreciate the venue letting me incorporate this special element seamlessly. Flagstaff House also carried a special wine from a winery in Canada my husband and I had visited while dating which was a very fun surprise. We were able to incorpaote this wine into our cake cutting.

The Flagstaff House made the entire wedding planning process so easy & took away all the stress. They handled every detail perfectly, all I had to do what hire a harpist, florist & a photographer. The food was AMAZING, all our guests loved. The Flagstaff House was able to accommodate dietary restrictions so there was an option for everyone. The cake was also phenomenal & decorated beautifully with the flowers we provided. Every aspect of the event was planned perfectly & we knew we were in good hands with nothing to worry about on the day of our wedding. The value for what we got was amazing. I loved that the pricing structure was very clear so that we could plan the exact cost based on guest counts & alcohol provided. Annie, the event planner, made the entire experience enjoyable because we knew that she had everything under control.

We had such a laid back, wonderful experience working with them on the tours, specific requests, day of coordinating with vendors and food, they handled everything for us to perfection. The food was spectacular, not even considering a meal for 100 people. It was just the most beautiful, special space with the best people. Would recommend every single time.

Annie and the whole staff at Flagstaff House were amazing. Communication was professional and prompt. Annie is such a seasoned wedding coordinator. She was so thoughtful in all the details, reminding us of things we missed, and making sure everything was perfect. The venue was beautiful! The views are gorgeous and everything inside (table settings, windows, furniture) was great. The food was also delicious. We had so many guests come up to us afterwards telling us what an amazing meal they had. I've often associated big events with mediocre catered food, but this place was exceptional. Annie and everyone there did such a good job of making sure everything went smoothly. They were so kind and professional.

The venue itself was beautiful and did a great job helping us plan for any weather scenario. The food was INCREDIBLE - each of the dishes were delicious and the cake was just as beautiful as it was delicious. It ended up being a surprisingly budget friendly option as well - although the price for food is higher than most places, the fact that the restaurant provided everything needed for the lunch including custom menus, the cake, and all of the linens/chairs/tables/table numbers/etc. meant that the total price ended up being a great value.

From our very first contact with The Flagstaff House through to our wedding day, the entire experience was nothing short of amazing. Working directly with Annie was an absolute dream. She was consistently kind, patient, organized, and incredibly caring. As someone who's very detail-oriented, I truly appreciated that Annie didn't let anything go overlooked and was always incredibly responsive to my many questions. By our wedding day, she truly felt like a friend.

Everyone warns you that something will inevitably go wrong, but Annie and The Flagstaff House ensured our day was executed flawlessly. Our summer daytime wedding, with approximately 60 guests, was simply perfect. The venue's layout was ideal, allowing for a breathtaking ceremony on the terrace, a comfortable cocktail hour for mingling, an intimate lunch with cherished family speeches, and a lively space for dancing to cap off the celebration.

Our guests are still raving about the exceptional service, wonderful staff, incredible food, and delicious drinks.
