Amazing views, food & staff! It was super convenient having both our ceremony & our reception in the same place. Our guests LOVED our wedding & it wouldn't have been what it was without Annie & Sarah. Huge thanks to them & their team for making our dream day come to life.

It's like they actually wanted us to have our wedding at their restaurant, versus other places that made it feel like they were doing you a favor. I would recommend the Flagstaff house to anyone who wants to have a wedding and just feel like you're simply wanted and cared for. The food, the view and the service: 5 freaking stars.

Annie and her team at Flagstaff House were absolutely incredible, and we cannot recommend them enough for your wedding. From the beginning of the wedding planning process through night-of details, they were incredibly helpful, professional, and a joy to work with. Annie made our day entirely stress-free, so my wife and I could just soak it all in, and the food, drinks, and atmosphere is unmatched at Flagstaff House. If you are looking for an intimate, elegant wedding venue that your guests will never forget, look no further!

"Flagstaff House was the perfect vendor. Annie and her team put on a flawless event. She worked seamlessly with all of our vendors and our outside coordinator. The venue is BEAUTIFUL, unique, and our guests loved it. The food was incredibly and guests loved being able to select their entree from 3 options the day of (also much easier for us to not have to collect meal selection ahead of time). The venue was incredibly flexible with changes that came up in planning, and quickly responded to all questions during planning.

For couples looking for a unique and elegant venue, I cannot recommend Flagstaff House enough for a small/intimate wedding.

Choosing Flagstaff House as our wedding vendor for our ceremony/reception space made it easy for planning. They handle all ceremony chair rentals, and set up. All food and beverage is provided in house and included passed appetizers, a 3 course lunch (salad and bread, choice of entree, and delicious wedding cake), and a coffee/water station. We also opted for an open bar with beer, wine, and cocktail options for our guest. All beverages were beautifully prepared and the service was top notch! "

We hosted our rehearsal dinner and welcome party at Flagstaff House in May 2023 and had a wonderful experience. Annie was our main contact and she did a great job taking care of everything alongside our lovely wedding planner. The views from Flagstaff House are some of the best that Boulder can offer, it was such a great place for our out of town guests to take in the beauty that Colorado offers. The food was delicious, both the full course meals served to the bridal party during the dinner as well as the appetizers available to all our guests during the welcome party. I look forward to returning to the restaurant for a fancy dinner to celebrate down the road!

Flagstaff House was at the top of our list because of the views and the ease of location for our guests to get to, but it was more perfect than we ever could have imagined. Annie and Sarah are absolutely extraordinary with their customer service, attention to detail and planning expertise. Although we had a small wedding, they made us feel like we were the only event they were planning during all our interactions and triple checked everything with us along the way. The food and beverages are also SPECTACULAR and all of our guests are still marveling at how delicious everything was (including their signature cake - you won't regret it!) and how beautiful our day was. I love that we will be able to continue to come to Flagstaff to celebrate our anniversaries and special occasions going forward too!

Annie and her team at Flagstaff House very much demonstrated the top level of service for our wedding celebration that has been postponed 2 years from 2020. One guest said it was the most well organized wedding she had ever seen, which was all thanks to the Flagstaff House staff. Pleasure to work with, and we return there for every anniversary dinner :)

We loved having our wedding at Flagstaff House. We have received many compliments on our special day largely in part because of their quality and location.

We got married at the Flagstaff House in June 2022 and it was an absolute dream come true. Annie and her team were amazing to work with and accommodated our every whim. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the incredible food and drinks, and of course the gorgeous views. There are countless examples of how they went above and beyond to make it the best day of our lives, from an extensive menu of specialty cocktails (and mocktails) including last-minute frozen additions (once it was clear we were looking at a heatwave on the big day) to consistently looking out for my special needs brother to a fully custom cake to letting us bring in Taco Bell for late night food (and even reheating it!). I can’t recommend the venue and team enough!

My husband and I booked Flagstaff House for our wedding just based on pictures from their website before ever seeing It in person and we could not be happier with our decision. The expansive panoramic views of the front range, Boulder, and Denver are visible from all of the outside decks and the inside dining area, and they cannot be beat. Boulder has an excellent food scene but Flagstaff House was by far the tastiest and most creative food we’ve tried in or around Boulder. If you plan on booking this place for a wedding, I also recommend going there for dinner sometime before or after because just the regular restaurant experience is great as well. The staff all provided impeccable service. They were there when we needed them and didn’t crowd us when we didn’t need them, which made for an intimate experience. Annie is the Event Coordinator at Flagstaff House and my wife and I cannot say enough about how thankful we were to have her helping coordinate everything. Even our wedding party and several of our guests made comments to us about how great she was. We had endless questions for her while planning our big day and she was always there with an answer to every question and provided reassurance to us when we were unsure about decisions we were making in our planning process. On the big day she made sure everyone in our wedding party and all of our guests all knew exactly where to be. She ensured that everything went according to plan without a hitch by providing a perfect balance of stern directions and friendly demeanor. Annie made It so we didn’t have to worry about anything on our wedding day and we were able to fully engage with the celebration of the best day of our lives so far. We could not have asked for better food, a better venue, or better staff. Everything was perfect!

We had a beautiful spring wedding at the Flagstaff House! Annie, the event coordinator, was so easy and fun to work with. She was extremely organized and always responded to our questions quickly. Planning a wedding at the Flagstaff House was stress free. The food, cake and the mountain views are unbeatable. We had an amazing wedding! I would highly recommend the Flagstaff House for a wedding venue.

We had a small 15-person wedding reception dinner in their private room that comes with the beautiful outdoor terrace for cocktails. The space is perfect for a smaller gathering and all the windows in the room make it so lovely with a beautiful view over Boulder.
Their event-coordinator, Annie, was absolutely amazing to work with. She met with us multiple times before the event to see the event space, go through the menu, and even test out the placement of a TV I was bringing to show a video during the event. She was always quick to respond to my emails or jump on a call with me to answer questions. The Flagstaff House was also very accommodating, working with us when we had to reschedule the originally-planned date.
During the event, we were beyond impressed with the level of service we received and the food was truly amazing - probably one of the best meals I've ever had. Everyone kept talking about how nice the Flagstaff house was and how great the food was. It was a hit! I would recommend The Flagstaff House to anyone for a wedding or any sort of formal event!
The pricing was very reasonable in my opinion as well - mostly consumption-based with a small event planning fee (2%) with only a $500 event space fee. Otherwise, everything else was consumption-based with no minimum spend. I chose a four-course meal that included a wedding cake made in-house as the dessert course, which was so convenient. I only had to put $300 down to reserve the date - of course all of these numbers are just for the private room space and terrace alone (not the whole restaurant), but it was perfect for elopement-style weddings like ours!
I can't wait to go back to the Flagstaff House for our anniversary. :)

The two biggest reasons to love Flagstaff House Restaurant are the service and the views. Jean Davis, Director of Events at FHR was nothing short of lovely to work with all the way through. She was always calm, responsive and consultative. She knew how important food was to us and FHR is renowned for its quality and creativity. The entire staff at the FHR, including the Monette family, made us feel welcomed and celebrated.

We couldn't have imagined a more perfect spot for our special day, everything was flawless!

The Flagstaff House was such a wonderful place to get married at. First off, I can't possibly give enough praise to Jean, the event coordinator, for handling everything so calmly and professionally and for putting me so at ease from the very beginning. I was planning this as a destination wedding, so I wasn't able to see the venue until 3 days before the wedding itself, but Jean handled everything with the confidence of someone who obviously knows what she is doing. The venue itself was incredibly beautiful, and the whole staff was very helpful and welcoming. My guests commented on how delicious the appetizers were (bananas wrapped in bacon were a hit), and the service at our formal luncheon was top notch. And the signature cake was amazing! I was tempted to go for a more traditional red velvet flavor, but Jean convinced me that the signature cake was always a hit, and it was incredible.The staff seamlessly ushered us from one phase of the reception to the next, without any feeling of rush or stress. They even gathered up all of our centerpieces and table numbers at the end so that we didn't have to do any picking up. Ultimately I can not imagine a better place to have held my wedding, and I look forward to returning for anniversary dinners in the future!

First of all Jean our event coordinator was marvoulous and she exceeded our expectations. The service was above and beyond,the food fantastic,the view spectular,the wine Melody help us pick out awasome. Everything went according to plan,the staff really made a memorable momment for our guest and families. What a hidden treasure.

I wish we could get married again just to have an excuse to relive the day that was our Flagstaff House wedding! It is expensive, but to us it was so worth it to have a beautiful venue, incredible food and beverages, a fully rented-out space, a venue with multiple "zones" for guests to enjoy different things, and the superb planning and coordination provided by Annie and Sarah. We could not have asked for a more smooth event day. For the planning aspect, it was great to have venue/food/beverage come from ONE vendor. Annie worked directly with other vendors (florist, DJ, string quartet) on the day to coordinate final details. Our menu was entirely vegetarian and all of our guests (even some meat-and-potatoes midwest folks) were blown away by everything they ate. The single caveat I can think of is that if you have 100 people at your wedding (the max they can seat in dining room), your ceremony on the balcony will have a few folks standing. This was not an issue for us. Highly recommend!!

We loved having our wedding here! The views were to die for. Jean was awesome!! She was so calm and organized the day and pre-planning went so smooth. Food was outstanding and the cake was so good!! Very elegant and classy.

We had our reception dinner at Flagstaff House after doing a small ceremony at Sunrise Amphitheater. It was the perfect location for our wedding. The event coordinator, Annie, was extremely helpful in planning the night and went above and beyond her job. She supplied us with vendor recommendations, made a custom table layout, and always checked in on us. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. We would 100% recommend having a reception dinner in the Glass Atrium.

My husband and I planned on having a brunch wedding reception for ~100 people at the Flagstaff House in June, 2020 (total planned cost ~$12,000 including alcohol). Due to COVID, those plans had to be scrapped, and Flagstaff House was willing to work with us to host our ceremony and dinner reception for us and 9 guests (total cost ~$2800 including alcohol). Annie, their event coordinator, was awesome to work with and extremely responsive and detail-oriented. They were very up-front with their pricing (which many places aren't), and it was SOOO nice to have almost everything included under one vendor (they supplied the wedding cake, simple table decorations, ceremony space, reception space, coordinator, and an AMAZING 4-course dinner!)
