I had hired Butcher and The Blonde to cater my wedding. When we decided to cancel they were very understanding. We ending up using our deposit towards a backyard event for my sister's wedding and it was great! They are easy to communicate with and the food was all really delicious! I would definitely recommend them :)

The Butcher and the Blonde catered our wedding last fall. Our guests said it was the best food they had EVER had at a wedding. We had amazing passed appetizers and stations with Tacos, Roasted Vegetable Enchiladas and Steak with Chimichurri . The selection is amazing. There are plenty of Vegetarian options.
Caitlin, who owns the business with her husband, is extremely professional and highly organized. Her customer service in impeccable. Every aspect of working with her was a dream.
Thanks to her, the wedding reception was a huge success.

Due to needing some flexibility on food selections, with having such a range of tastes and picky eaters among the guests, the Butcher and Blonde were sensitive to that need. They worked with me to select a menu and accommodate a range of tastes and likes. It was easy to talk to them, they walked me through the process easily and seamlessly. An excellent experience overall and the food was excellent!

We loved having The Butcher and the Blonde at our wedding! Everyone loved the food from the food truck and the macaroni and cheese bar was a big hit! The best was that Caitlin had made us a plate each of appetizers since we were busy taking photographs during the first part of our cocktail hour. We would highly recommend The Butcher and the Blonde!

We had a lot of special food considerations (allergies, celiac, vegetarian, etc) for our wedding which made picking out a food truck a little stressful. Our venue recommended Butcher and The Blonde to us because they'd had good experiences with them before and I could not be more thankful! It was very easy to pick a menu that suited everyone's needs and they didn't even flinch when I provided them with the list of what food considerations we had! Communication was prompt, friendly, and very helpful, and it really took a load off of my back because I didn't feel like I had to worry about the food at all!
When the day arrived, they showed up right on time, were very friendly, and touched base with us a lot so that there weren't any misunderstandings. The food was phenomenal and everyone was raving about it, and there were no mishaps with anyone that had food limitations. Working with Butcher and The Blonde is like a dream!

We had such a great experience working with Butcher and the Blonde! We were able to attend an open house and try so much of their food. It was all SO GOOD we had a hard time choosing what we wanted for our wedding. We had appetizers, dinner, dessert and bartending services all from Butcher and the Blonde. Everyone who helped the day of our wedding was friendly and helpful. The food and service was wonderful and it fit perfectly in with out casual, fun day!

Tom and Caitlin were amazing to work with. Our guests still talk about how unique and amazing our food was at our wedding all thanks to Butcher and the Blonde. I had such trust in Caitlin from the very beginning and knew she would execute our vision perfectly. I highly recommend!

We had an elaborate plan to go to all the food tastings but that plan was basically tossed in the trash after one visit to the Butcher and the Blonde's food truck. It surpassed any wedding food my husband and I had ever had at any wedding and we were sold. The food was not just good, it was amazing and the only problem we had was narrowing down the menu to three items. Caitlin and Tom were such a pleasure to work with and so flexible and patient with our changing menu needs. Guests definitely went up for seconds!
