Creekside is a rustic wedding venue located in Driftwood, Texas. Set against the idyllic backdrop of rural Texas, the venue is conveniently located just 30 minutes from downtown Austin. The babble of Onion Creek provides a calming soundtrack for weddings, as well as a beautiful location for photo shoots. Whether an indoor or outdoor event, couples who wed here are sure to have an unforgettable day.
Facilities and Capacity
Surrounded by cypress trees and sparkling waterfalls, the property is sure to enchant all guests. Couples can choose from any of this venue’s multiple indoor and outdoor event spaces. The gazebo serves as a picturesque setting for an outdoor ceremony. Many couples opt to recite their vows beside the creek or one of its gentle waterfalls, which create a romantic ambiance. Cocktail hour can be held on the decks, decorated with shimmering lights strung from surrounding trees. Inside, there is a large reception hall that can accommodate dining with banquet-style seating as well as dancing. This venue can host weddings of over 300 guests, making it ideal for tremendous celebrations with all of your loved ones. The wedding party may choose to stay in the venue’s guest house, which can house up to 13 people. Additionally, there is an on-site suite that can be availed of for getting ready.

They specialize in Texas-style barbecue, but have many other exquisite dishes available. The catering team can serve weddings of up to 500 attendees.

Amazing Venue!
The value is exceptional too. They offer one-price everything included for up to 150 guests, and you pay per guest after that. We chose the BBQ dinner and it was fantastic! It's also BYOB which helps to cover some of the alcohol expenses.
The day of, they really provide you with everything that you need, you could really do without a coordinator with everything that they provide.
The only reservation I had about this location is the distance from Austin city-center, and knowing that people were drinking and needed to get home. Because of this I provided bus service for my friends and those staying in town, which worked well, but added a little bit of an expense.
I would not hesitate to recommend Creekside to anyone looking for an outside venue around Austin.
