Serving really great food at our wedding was very important and Create delivered!!! Cory and Nicky were really great to work with- they gave us some great ideas for dishes based on specific foods we wanted to feature, were very willing and eager for feedback after tastings, were extremely flexible when it came to scheduling tastings, and are really kind and friendly people. We had 180 people at our wedding and the food on the day of was just as good as the food at the tasting for two! We've gotten so many post-wedding comments on how great our food was and we would use Create for another event in a heartbeat!

CreEATe Cater far exceeded my expectations. Nicky helped me to make my vision a reality! I had initially requested some unique food ideas and the chefs at CreEATe executed my menu perfectly. They incorporated local ingredients and showcased each dish with a creative flair. Nicky was so easy to work with. She thought of all sorts of details that made my wedding flawless. The food and service was absolutely outstanding. The staff exceeded our expectations in professionalism and attention to detail. The food was AMAZING!! Cannot even begin to pass along all the raves our guests had about the food! My family (and I) were so thrilled with how the staff cleaned up and packaged up all the left overs so we didn't have to deal with it. On a scale from 0-10, my satisfaction is a 12!

Our caterer was probably the most important wedding related decision I had to make for our August 10th, 2013 wedding. My husband and I are major foodies who were tired of eating bland, poorly cooked, boring wedding food. We chose a venue that allowed us to use any of their five approved caterers, and thankfully Create was on that list!

We scheduled tastings with 4 or the 5 approved caterers and the other caterers ran the gamut from really bad to pretty good. We tasted with Create last- and they blew the other options out of the water. We go out to eat at the Twin Citie's best restaraunts at least once a week, and our tasting with Create was on par with our meals out. They really listened to what we wanted and provided thoughtful suggestions. We wound up with a menu that was inventive but not so out-there as to turn off our wedding crowd of mostly traditional eaters.

Throughout the process, Create was a breeze to work with. We dealt with Nicky Metchnek who was both extremely professional and a pleasure to be around. I felt like she really understood our desires and went over the top in the service she provided us.

On the day of our wedding, Create did an amazing job. Everyone's food was cooked perfectly, and almost every guest I talked to raved about their meal. I was told a number of times that it was the best wedding meal our guests have ever had. My father has almost never completed a plate of food in his life, and I looked at his plate after the meal and it was completely empty.

I could not be happier about our wedding meal with Create. They were the most expensive caterer we tasted with by far, but the results justified every penny of the price. If you are serious about your food and want the best wedding food you can possibly get in the Twin Cities- then Create is for you.
