We held our dream destination wedding in Aruba, and hired MAVEN during the middle of our planning process, and my only regret is not hiring them sooner! From start to finish, Kelly went above and beyond to ensure a stellar design & guest experience, and provided our families with the support we needed (across the board). She answered our many questions, always made herself available, and went above and beyond to ensure a successful wedding weekend, from start to finish! Not only that, but Kelly provided us with indispensable expert advice regarding style and design, especially when it came to where our budget would be best spent. Our wedding guests enjoyed such a creative, fun, and memorable experience because of MAVEN. Kelly and her team handled everything we (and our international vendors) threw at her with such grace, poise, and ease. Cannot recommend the MAVEN team enough! Rachel and Anna with MAVEN Styling were amazing! They were my day-of event coordinators for a rehearsal dinner we held at the Neu Neu in Minneapolis. I could never have gotten through my event successfully without them! They made suggestions about details I overlooked and went above and beyond with helping me feel comfortable with the plan. Most importantly, I was able to completely enjoy my event just as much as my guests did because they kept tabs on the timeline and every detail. On top of all that, they were both delightful women! Deciding to use MAVEN during our wedding planning was the best decision we made all year (besides the decision to get married, of course). We had our December 8th wedding at 514 Studios Event Center, which includes Day of Coordination through MAVEN, so that’s how we learned about them. As wedding planning got more stressful, we decided to add on MAVEN’s Design Package, and we are so happy we did. Shaley was incredible - we got to meet with her in person where she attentively listened to our ideas and came up with a few of her own to make our day and space really unique and beautiful! Not only do they help with tangible design details like floral and stationery, they can help with other more intangible things like order of events. Through all of our conversations and emails, we could tell they are a very professional group who are experts in their field. They handled every question and worry we threw at them with ease and reassurance. We booked floral and nearly all of our decor including all the table centerpieces through them. When we saw the space the day of, we were floored - everything came together perfectly and the space looked like “us”, not just another cookie cutter wedding. And the best part was that they took care of all of the set-up and tear down, which meant less stress for our families, and more time to enjoy the day! Huge shoutout to our amazing Day of Coordinator, Kalie, for knowing exactly what needed to happen and timing everything perfectly. We felt so secure in her hands, and she was an absolute joy to work with as well! Also thanks to Linda (floral design) and all the other MAVENs who helped deliver, set up, flip, and tear down the space. If you’re on the fence about booking MAVEN, DO IT NOW. You’ll thank yourself later when you’re having fun instead of stressing on the best day of your life.

Maven was amazing --- Kelly helped us with florals, bouquets, center pieces, and day of organization. She utilized our Pinterest vision board. We had a meeting at her adorable office space a few months before the wedding and talked through details. The day of the wedding, Kelly came to the hotel to drop off bouquets, boutonnieres, and my hair pieces. Everything looked amazing - and completely what we desired. Her team set up our venue hours prior to the event. The weather was super hot, so we made a few changes with florals - and they were super flexible and knowledge regarding what would work in the heat. Between the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception florals, we were super pleased - everything looked perfect and details were on point. I would definitely recommend Maven.

Bre was fantastic! She was so organized, professional and fun to work with for our wedding. She had a great attitude and was easy to get along with. She always had a smile on her face and she answered every email and call very quickly and with all the answers. We were so lucky to have Bre running the show!

As many before us have said, hiring the MAVEN team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day! Shaley and Genevieve were the dream team when it came to Day of Coordination and Florals :)

Looking back on our wedding day, I don't think my groom and I or my family would have been able to enjoy the day as much without Shaley's constant attention to detail. From coordinating all of the vendors to making sure we never went without a drink in our hand while we were busy talking to our guests - she truly thought of it all!! Not to mention she handled the million questions a bride can throw her way with ease :)

As for Genevieve and the floral team, they took a theme and a couple Pinterest photos and made our dreams come true! We will never forget the room reveal at our venue and how in awe we were that this was OUR wedding and that they were able to transform the space so beautifully. From the bridal bouquets to the floral arch, everything was special and made just for us!!

MAVEN and Genevieve were wonderful to work with for our wedding floral. I have very little knowledge of flowers or floral, so gave Genevieve a general idea of the colors and style of what I envisioned, and I can't say enough about how gorgeous it all turned out! Absolutely stunning. We also had a few specific requests including hops in our hanging floral installation and bomber beer bottles in some of our centerpieces, and they were incorporated beautifully! Maven also did all the set-up of the floral for our ceremony and reception, installation of the hanging greenery, and take-down of all at the end. They event wrapped up a few centerpieces for our mothers. It was perfect.

We absolutely loved working with Maven! We gave them projects - help us figure out lighting, we have no idea what we want to do for flowers, etc. - and they executed everything to perfection. Going into our wedding day, we didn't know exactly what they'd come up with or what our venue would look like, but we were couldn't have been more impressed! All our guests called it the most Instagrammable wedding they'd been to. And it was. It was absolutely perfect - everything we wanted and more.

I think we spent about $3k overall with Maven, including floral, decor and styling. Having their expertise and guidance was worth the cost to make our Wedding Day absolutely perfect.

Maven Floral and Events provided our florals and day-of coordination (including some pre-wedding day meetings and the rehearsal). Everything turned out beautifully - I still look at photos of my bouquets and am in love with them! It was so nice to not have to worry about a thing on the day of the wedding - it all went so smoothly! Kelly and Jenny were fun, easy to work with and communicate with!

We hired Maven for our day-of wedding coordination and flowers and it was one of the best wedding decisions we made! We had our initial meeting with Kelly, the head coordinator, and instantly felt confident that she understood our vision. We were at ease knowing that if something didn't go as planned the day of our wedding, we wouldn't have to deal with it on our own! I cannot thank the wonderful people at Maven enough for straightening out ALL of the unexpected incidents of the day and for fine-tuning the planned events. Our flowers were absolutely gorgeous -- we gave them a little bit of input on the flowers , but for the most part we wanted to let them work their magic! There are certainly parts of the wedding world that I do not enjoy, but the whole Maven crew is very down-to-earth and genuinely invested in their clients. We are so grateful to have found them!
