Ralph is awesome and extremely knowledgeable/helpful to provide an objective opinion. We ended up picking out what Ralph recommended even though we went in there with a different idea in mind. Once we tried on what we thought we liked we realized it was not right and Ralph jumped in and steered us in the right direction.

My friend got married a month before us and did online rentals. I can say without a doubt Cozy was a much better option. The quality and service were much better than what my friend experienced

We had a view guys come into town the day before and the day of the wedding and let's say they did not have good measurements. Jeff at Cozy fixed everything as they waited in the store. We were all surprised at how quickly he fixed everything.

We had a bunch of guys from out of state. When the guys came in to pick up they tried the tuxes on to make sure they fit. There were a few who need minor adjustments and but 2 of the guy's suits sizes were way off. Cozy basically had to remeasure the two guys and make new suits up for them. We figured we would have to come back the next day to get those 2 suits but they told us to hang around and they would get them ready now. We were amazed at how fast and efficient they were. I will never going any where else!

Hands down the easiest vendor to work with throughout Covid! We changed the wedding date twice and there was never a scheduling issue. all of the guys looked amazing on the day of the wedding.
