The Most Amazing Experience

This was the best experience I could have ever envisioned. Jeff was so knowledgeable and helpful. There was never a moment that I felt like I wasn't in the right place. I felt taken care of when I was figuring out which styles I really loved, when suggestions were made they really took what I wanted into account. Don't miss the chance to be a customer here!

Highly recommend Cozy Tux!

Ralph is awesome and extremely knowledgeable/helpful to provide an objective opinion. We ended up picking out what Ralph recommended even though we went in there with a different idea in mind. Once we tried on what we thought we liked we realized it was not right and Ralph jumped in and steered us in the right direction.

Shop Local not Online

My friend got married a month before us and did online rentals. I can say without a doubt Cozy was a much better option. The quality and service were much better than what my friend experienced

Super helpful!

We had a view guys come into town the day before and the day of the wedding and let's say they did not have good measurements. Jeff at Cozy fixed everything as they waited in the store. We were all surprised at how quickly he fixed everything.

Great Service!

We had a bunch of guys from out of state. When the guys came in to pick up they tried the tuxes on to make sure they fit. There were a few who need minor adjustments and but 2 of the guy's suits sizes were way off. Cozy basically had to remeasure the two guys and make new suits up for them. We figured we would have to come back the next day to get those 2 suits but they told us to hang around and they would get them ready now. We were amazed at how fast and efficient they were. I will never going any where else!

Easiest Vendor to Work with

Hands down the easiest vendor to work with throughout Covid! We changed the wedding date twice and there was never a scheduling issue. all of the guys looked amazing on the day of the wedding.

Much better then online rentals

CozyTux - Review

Great vendor to work with. On our first visit to the store, we tried on a few different tuxes to get an idea. We liked everything we tried on, but we wanted to compare, so we went to Menswarehouse. We quickly came back to Cozy's. There was nothing available to try on at Menswarehouse. Jeff at Cozy's was extremely helpfully and he made sure all of the guys tuxes fit when they picked up

Great Job Cozy

We tried the online thing for a friend's wedding and I gotta say dealing with a local store for my wedding was much easier and better. Everything fit perfectly. Even the guys that were out of town who sent in the measurements. When they picked up, they tried on and the team at Cozy's made adjustments so everything fit properly.

Awesome Service

Couldn't be happier with our experience with Cozy. Covid made everything difficult with the final details of the wedding. I on my first phone call to Cozy, I was a bit nervous as we did not pick out our tuxes and there was a lockdown in effect. But the person who answered the phone assured me we could still get tuxes in time for the wedding. On my second phone call a few months later, I made an appointment to come in as they were not officially open. Ralph meet us at the store and couldn't have been more helpful. He dress the groom up from head to toe in several different looks for us to make a decision. We then set up another appointment to get the rest of the guys fitted.

Cozy served us well

Cozy served us well. First we delayed the wedding, then we had to cut down the number tuxes. Cozy was still there to help us every step of the way

Perfect Tuxedos

Wish all my vendors were this easy to work with. With covid, we moved our dates several times. Jeff at Cozy from the first move said no problem, and if it changes again just let me know. Well we changed another 2 times and everything worked out perfectly.

Great Service!

Even with COVID Cozy was there for us. Every time we made an appointment for the wedding party they were there and very helpful. Wish my other vendors were as easy to work with!

This place is excellent. Got our tuxedos in Nutley, NJ for our wedding on August 9, 2008 and they were perfect. Absolutely no complaints.

These guys are great, very laid back, will help you find what ties you need to match your tux or suit rental and never pressured me into getting anything. They are a bit cheaper than the big chain tuxedo rental places and the customer care is much more personal. Groom gets a free tux.

Great service - first, not only were they able to provide the type of tuxedo we were looking for, but they have great deals where if you have a certain number of tuxes, you get the groom's tux free or even another one if you have more.

The biggest praise I have for Cozy is their flexibility. An unfortunate situation occurred two days before our wedding where one of our groomsman found out his grandmother-in-law was dying and would not be able to come pick up his tux the day before, and possibly not even come to the wedding at all. However, he thankfully was able to make the drive the two hours the night before the wedding, Jeff did everything necessary to make sure he got his suit and everything - talking with us the night before to arrange for him to meet with our groomsman the next morning (before our 10:30am wedding!). I was nervous that it would all go wrong but Jeff absolutely made it work and everything turned out great. It was customer service to the max. We were very very happy with the whole experience with them and would definitely recommended them to anyone.

They provide good value for their tuxedos, but could work on their professionalism. All in all, they provided our tuxedos in time and without any glitches. We were happy with our choice.

I am very disappointed to write this review. When my husband and I were looking for a place for tuxedos for our wedding we immediately thought of Cozy's. My husband was in a wedding that got tuxes from there and he said their customer service was great. Well, everything was well and good when we went to order the tuxedos for the groom and groomsmen. I had a fabric swatch of what tie color I wanted so the guys could match the girls' dresses and it matched perfectly. However, the color was penciled in, and everyone in the bridal party had the wrong color bow tie except for one. We just had to make due and have the best man wear the correct tie. I was really surprised Cozy's would make such a mistake. Other things-- best man's shirt was tight and the groom's button on his jacket came off. When tuxes were being returned and we addressed these issues, it was also surprising to see how Cozy's reacted. They said the ties was their mistake, but said it wasn't that big of a deal since we ended up getting married regardless. I understand that, but you would think since Cozy's has GREAT customer service, they would at least feel bad and not be so dismissive about the whole thing.
