If you are looking for a beautiful outdoor venue for your big day this is the place. Kevin and Denise were so amazing to work with. They were quick to respond, very professional, and were there to help our vision come to life. It was such a relief to have the flowers done on site by Denise and getting to brainstorm with her was so helpful. Being able to have the rehearsal there the day before and the day after the wedding to be able to clean up took stress off of the wedding day. There are wonderful places on site to get ready before walking down the aisle and they provide a huge party tent and tables with table cloths for the reception. They were so understanding and excited about our ideas. We would highly recommend Courter Country Farm to anyone who asks!

I truly cannot say enough good things about Courter Country Farms! The Courters are the kindest couple, with a beautiful dedication to their land and the guests who visit it. We hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner with them and if we could go back, we might just have had the wedding with them, too!

Their grounds are thoughtfully designed with unique structures, picture-perfect natural backdrops, smart facilities, abundant gardens, tons of room to spread out, and so many amenities. Their tent is absolutely stunning, as you can see, strung with fairy lights and topped with romantic swooping peaks. The small lake is a beautiful backdrop and activity, with a walking trail winding around it. The whole property is enclosed by tall trees, providing a private oasis for your event. They even provide bespoke floral services sourced right from their stunning flower gardens! They created small centerpieces for our tables that were so lovely.

Denise and Kevin were so accommodating, the kind of people who care more about making someone’s day than squeezing more into their bottom line. On our day, they were so helpful but discreet, even going around taking pictures and candids of us and our guests, and bringing out adorable baby bunnies for people to snuggle! They also set up yard games and built a large bonfire as the evening waned, making us feel welcomed throughout and never in a rush to leave.

I truly cannot imagine anyone having a bad experience with these wonderful people on their beautiful estate, if you choose them you will not be sorry!

From the moment my husband and I drove around the venue, we were in love. Of course, we tempered our excitement and attempted to be objective when receiving the tour from Kevin and Denise. When my husband and I got back in the car, after the tour, we both immediately stated this was the one. Now we were responsible and slept on it before officially contacting Denise and Kevin to schedule our wedding.
The venue itself is beautiful. Denise and Kevin run the whole farm and garden by themselves and I don't know how they do it. The gardens are their own wonderland, beautiful blooms and so many varieties. The ceremony space was perfect, with an arbor decorating the start of the aisle and the ceremony area itself. One of my favorite locations, the forest area with a beautiful ambiance that is removed from the Reception Area and Ceremony space (a great place for the couple to go after the ceremony).
My husband and I toured a lot of venues and we struggled with the overall vibes most of them had. Most venues felt very limiting, only allowing set up late in the morning and expecting everything to be torn down and put away before 10. With this venue, we had access to it from Friday afternoon to Sunday at noon. This gave us time to set up the day before, early morning the day of, and worry about the larger tear down/clean up on Sunday.
Even further, Denise and Kevin were very flexible and allowed us to drop decor/supplies off the week of the wedding. This helped lower our stress levels as we didn’t have to make multiple trips in one day.
Every time I would go to the venue, from dropping off payments to showing a family member the venue, I felt welcomed. Either Denise or Kevin was always there to greet me, answer any questions, and have a good chat.
Another great part of the venue, you can purchase the flowers from the farm. Denise grows all her flowers and will work with you on your design/color scheme. Denise is so talented and I paid for her to design my bouquet, which is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I bought buckets of flowers and greenery from her as well and had so much fun making my bridesmaids bouquets. I absolutely loved her whimsical bouquet!
They also have an AirBNB on the farm. My bridesmaids and I had a blast the night before the wedding spending time together in this house. It was perfect for the night of the wedding, when my husband and I were exhausted… we had a house seconds from the Reception to crash at.
Closer to the wedding date, I had had a very stressful week and was just stopping by to drop off a payment. Denise was there and chatted with me and walked me through her garden. She so very kindly had me grab shears and a jar and let me cut a bouquet to take home with me. I can’t tell you how much that made my week. And that’s just a small representation of who Kevin and Denise are. They felt like long lost friends, not vendors watching over your shoulder. I could always reach out with questions to Kevin and he would answer in less than 20 minutes. He was always so patient and gave great ideas during the planning phase. Kevin and Denise are the perfect team!
Denise was so sweet, she went out of her way to decorate the forest arbor free of charge. And let me tell you, she made it into a whimsical forest fairyland. I absolutely adored her decorations and it was a surprise I got to walk into after the ceremony. You will never get that special touch and thoughtful gesture from other venues. I will be forever grateful to them both for making our wedding perfect and for the amazing generosity/kindness. Thank you both so much.
