Brian is delightful and upfront with everything from the price to how the food will work out in your venue. For example, I wanted the California mix, but Brian recommended the carrots since my venue didnt have an oven and broccoli tends to get mushy if left out too long after being steamed. He was so easy to communicate with and the presentation during the tasting was beautiful. Everything was set up like an elegant restaurant. The food was amazing!! The service during the reception was very good. The staff paid special attention to anyone with food concerns. I had a couple of people with Siliac's and they made sure that they had something to eat.

Honestly it was nice to work with the owner to perfect our menu. He got us some special cutlery for our wedding. The food was delicious, all I heard was good things.

The quality of food and service was impeccable. We sprung for 3 mains and the cedar plank salmon is the best thing you will ever have! We still talk about how good our food was and it totally beats the bad wedding food reputation.

I was the bar tender that worked at the wedding the lady said I service 8,9, and 10 year olds that apple pie shots. Are your for real lady. I did no such thing. It seems awful funny as the Amiee and Breanna kept telling me what a good job I was doing. Talk about two faced people. I have worked for Country Spice Catering for quite some time and I have never heard such complaining in my life. Who makes the flowers just before the wedding which was over a hour late. And the poor cake lady had no idea what to do. There was never anyone there when we had questions. And they were suppose to eat at 6:30 and the poor people finally starting eating without the wedding party. It was very poor planning on the brides side. Please people I give Country Spice Catering a 5. You should seen some of ther more elegant wedding they are beautiful.

Country Spice was a preferred caterer through our venue, Lakeview Banquet Center. We were extremely happy with Brian and the service provided. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the process. The food was absolutely delicious at the tasting and he did not disappoint on the wedding day. The wait staff was also fantastic. People raved about the food! I would recommend Brian over and over again.
