Rebecca began her career working for the Country Club in early 2016 as the Sales and Marketing Manager. Over her tenure at the Club, she has facilitated countless weddings and events. Her passion and expertise has helped couples to achieve the wedding day of their dreams. She is passionate in helping others, has a keen eye for design and is meticulous when it comes to details. She is certified as a trained wedding professional through the American Association of Certified Wedding Professionals. Through her efforts, the Club earned Wedding Wires Couples Choice Awards for 2018 and 2019 and her marketing skills, aided the Club to earn Best of the Berkshires.

Melissa began her career with the Country Club back in 2008 working as the Sales and Catering Manager. Over her tenure at the Club, she has overseen hundreds of weddings and events. She took over the position as General Manager for the Club back in 2016 and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2019.

Melissa's knowledge and expertise of the daily club operations and her background in the hospitality field has lead the Country Club of Pittsfield to become one of the most successful non-profit organizations in the area. Melissa was named Top 30 under 30 for 2019 and earned her spot as 1Berkshires featured "Women in Business Month" for October 2018. She has been interviewed and quoted for the magazine Club Resort and is currently seeking her CMAA certification for Club Managers Association of America.
