Our wedding cake from Costeaux was delicious! We loved their flavor options and it was a hit with all of our guests.

We wanted a small cutting cake for our wedding ceremony to go along with a dessert buffet. We're so happy we went with Costeaux! Karah was so fun to work with, was very responsive, and the cake was gorgeous and delicious.
The cake tasting experience was also quite fun. She presented us with a variety of options and sent us home with the leftovers. We were married on a hot weekend in June in a totally outdoor wedding and Karah was very knowledgeable and helpful with tips to keep the cake fresh and what would work best.
Candidly speaking, we entered into this experience thinking "no one really wants to eat wedding cake" and left the experience saying "we wish we would've eaten more of our wedding cake!"

Our cake from Costeaux was absolutely delicious and was exactly what we were hoping for. However, the best part of using Costeaux was the service we received from Kara. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up between our wedding caterer/coordinator and and we thought we had our cake ordered. Upon contacting Costeaux shortly before the wedding we realized that the reservation hadn’t been made! They were fully booked with wedding cakes already but Kara was so sweet and offered to help accommodate what we were hoping for. She was willing to overbook their schedule (including delivery) to ensure that we received the cake of our dreams. She was extremely responsive when it came to planning the final details and was honest about the delivery piece being a bit challenging. Of course I TOTALLY understood as she was doing us a huge favor by making our cake for us. We were very flexible with when the cake was delivered and they still managed to deliver the cake, complete it, and have it displayed by the start of the reception! We had chocolate champagne cake and regular champagne cake- both were equally delicious. The cake was moist and delicious and the frosting was rich and not overwhelming sweet. I’m sure it will still taste great when we have the top tier on our first anniversary! We are truly grateful to Kara and her team for making our day so special. It would not have been the same without their beautiful cake and we appreciate everything they have done for us. Thank you!

Our wedding cake was beautiful and arrived on time. Doug decorated it with flowers on his arrival, making it even more beautiful. We had trouble deciding on one flavor, so he made the tiers different flavors, and both were delicious!

The cake was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. Doug was really great, very responsive to emails. We had a complimentary tasting, and all the flavors were delicious. Doug even helped us keep our costs down by suggesting that we do a small cake for the cake-cutting and then ordering a sheet cake as well. I can't wait to go back to Healdsburg, just so I can go back to Costeaux's and get another slice of cake!

We got our wedding cake from Costeaux and the experience was top of the line from our first meeting to the last crumb of cake. Costeaux has their own private and adorable tasting room, and we felt very cared for immediately. Every other tasting experience in the area was subpar by comparison and they made our choice easy on us. They asked us a lot of questions about our wedding and made great suggestions, and we were so incredibly happy with our cake (delivered straight to our venue with the weather of the day in mind, which I would not have considered and really appreciated). We look forward to ordering mini cakes from them for our anniversaries!

Oh. My. Gosh. The wedding cake that we purchased from Costeaux was absolutely the best wedding cake I have ever tasted. And, it was absolutely beautiful!! Our wedding theme was modern vintage, so we went with a 3-tier vanilla cake with ivory, vanilla buttercream icing. Doug came up with a stunning design that fit with our theme perfectly. And seriously, I cannot stress how delicious it was! I highly recommend Costeaux!!

I'm 100% behind the five stars above. Doug, who bakes the cake, was responsive both via email and the phone, and it was a pleasure to meet him in person. We had a tasting and all of the cakes were delicious. We settling on a white chiffon with custard and strawberries, with a buttercream frosting. Doug was happy to tweak a standard cake to make it everything we wanted. The cake was delivered at our venue with no problem and it looked great. It was so, so delicious.

Doug was really professional, friendly and great during our first meeting. He did an amazing job on our wedding cake it turned out beautiful better than we imagined. It was so delicious, all the flavors were bold, but well balanced. We loved the variety of flavors that they offered. The price was great too for the great quality of cake and service that we received. We will definitely be back to the bakery and would recommend Doug's wedding cakes to anyone.
