Cosmopolitan Catering is a wedding catering company based in West Valley City, Utah. They've been in business for over 35 years. They've worked with many top venues in the Wasatch Front region; they've also been the exclusive catering partner of Louland Falls since 2016 (May through mid-October). Founder Mark Petrey is a French-trained chef; he designs all the company's recipes and menus. Every one of their delicious dishes is made from scratch and incorporates ideas and flavors that have stood the test of time. Mark and his team will work closely with you to create the perfect culinary experience for your special day.

Cosmopolitan Catering offers a choice of cuisines, including American, Indian, Italian, Mediterranean, and Mexican. Catering was one of the decisions for the wedding that stressed me out. I knew that the food good or bad would make or break the day. Mark and his team made the day! We selected the Italian pasta buffet which was a hit. What received the most acclaim was the bacon wrapped dates which were my favorite as well. Delicious and no one went hungry! I can’t thank Mark and his te enough!

Delicious and Professional
Our venue and Cosmopolitan Catering work hand in hand, and we were so pleased with the entire experience. Our wedding food was amazing, the staff was so kind.
So many menu choices, the food was delicious and presented beautifully. We had so many guests compliment the menu for the evening.

Our incredible experience with Louland Falls !
What a perfect day, My husband and I absolutely love this venue! Working with Amy & Mark was such a pleasure, their entire team was incredible and I really appreciate how smooth they made our special day, not to mention that Amy(the day of coordinator) explained everything in detail. Sam and I always felt like we were all on the same page and it never felt like we were forgotten; communication is key and they nailed it. This venue is breathtaking and truly speaks for itself, but the management is what makes this place ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The food is delish we got “The Normandie” and still haven’t heard the end of how yummy the food was. Everything we could ask for and more. THANK YOU

Delicious!
We lucked out! The owner, Mark, also owns the venue where we were married, Louland Falls! The food was exceptional, and Mark was so great to work with including making exceptions for dietary and allergy needs, the brides picky taste, and the overall feeling for the reception!

Delicious!
My guy and I opted for a simple menu, one that could be customizable for guests (since we all know it's hard to please everyone), so we spoke with Mark regarding what options would work. While I didn't get to eat tons of the food since the wedding day is INSANE, what I did have was so good! The jalapeno slider we asked for was indeed spicy, the garlic slider tasted like the best roasted garlic, the salsa was fresh, guests wouldn't stop complimenting about the potato salad, I loved it! I was sad to not get any leftovers but I know it's policy, so I can't complain. Anyone who hires Cosmopolitan Catering invite me so I can taste more!

These guys are great. They helped us create a custom menu for our event, and our guests loved the food. We also used their premier location - Luland falls - and it was beautiful! Our wedding photos turned out beautifully, the staff was so helpful - we'd definitely use these guys again, and recommend them to all of our friends!
