Wow! Selecting Have Party Will Travel for our reception was the BEST decision! Mindy and her staff were FANTASTIC to work with every step of the way! They thought of every detail for our event! Everything was handled professionally and created amazing results! Every aspect of the relationship was fabulous - the initial consult; the bid; the food tasting and color decisions; the ability to get us an ice sculpture; the coordination with the venue; the map of the venue; the coordination - set up, and take down of all the tables and rentals; the quick timing to get everything ready as the reception couldn't start until the public library (our venue) closed; the staff who ensured everything flowed smoothly for the evening; the coordination with the venue; the coordination with the cake; Mindy even pinned a hole in my dress before the reception began! The food was fantastic at the event (we received so many compliments)! The set up of the event was amazing! I had full confidence in everything they were doing due to the communication in the process! I was able to enjoy the event as the mother of the bride as they truly handled all of the details for the evening. If you are looking for a caterer who truly allows you to enjoy the event - you absolutely need to call HPWT!
