About this venue
Louland Falls is a seasonal outdoor wedding venue located just minutes outside downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. Nestled in beautiful Parley's Canyon, this delightful setting affords stunning views of the majestic Wasatch Mountains. Here, you and your guests can marvel at the wonderful red rock formations and the cascading waterfalls that fill the air with rich, soothing music. Enjoys scenes of rugged, unspoiled beauty and all the comforts and conveniences your special day deserves.
Facilities and Capacity
Louland Falls offers indoor and outdoor events spaces. Picturesque rock stairs lead down to the lovely grass clearing, where you and your beloved can exchange your vows under the tall, white-painted arbor. The spacious, temperature-controlled pavilion features large windows that enable you to enjoy all of the fantastic scenery. Just beyond the pavilion is a large outdoor seating area. Here, you and your guests can soak up the sun as you toast the beginning of a new, exciting chapter of your life. In the event of inclement weather, a large tent is available for rental. Spacious and cozy dressing areas are also provided. These are equipped with massage chairs and a large plasma television; there’s even a video game system. The parking lot has painted spaces and can accommodate up to 55 vehicles. Additional parking is available along the driveway.
Services Offered
Louland Falls is open from May through October. Wedding package features include event planning services, a selection of tables and chairs, table linens in various colors, lighting and sound systems, and more. Your wedding package also includes the use of the venue for your engagement shoot. On-site catering services are provided by Cosmopolitan Catering. Chef Mark Petrey and his team have been serving the Greater Salt Lake City area for more than 35 years. Their menus are famous for their unique presentation and unsurpassed quality. The Louland Falls team can also provide you with a list of preferred vendors, including officiants, photographers, videographers, florists, and DJs. The venue’s on-site coordinator will also be on hand to help ensure that everything runs smoothly on your big day.

Absolutely Stunning Venue – A Hidden Gem in the Mountains
The owner and coordinators were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process. Every message and email was answered promptly, which really helped ease any stress. The catering was delicious — every dish was fresh and flavorful, and we loved that they host open house events where you can taste the food and meet with vendors beforehand. It made planning much more personal and enjoyable.
Louland Falls gave us a magical, natural setting and professional support to make our day unforgettable. Highly recommend to any couple looking for a scenic, mountainous, and well-run venue!
Best Day of Our Lives
We had a hiccup or two with other vendors and Amy took care of it for me so I didn't have to worry about a single thing during our reception. I had more than one guest tell me that it was the most fantastic venue they had been to. The food was delicious and presented beautifully. Our photographer went ceaxy running around capturing all of the gorgeous details. The staff was so accommodating and we couldn't have been happier. We loved everything about our day!

A Dream Venue!!
First, Mark was very accommodating on the timing of us touring the property since we were visiting from out of town and was quick to respond to all our emails moving forward. He is not kidding when he says you will not need your own wedding planner or day of coordinator. Amy is truly all you will need! Amy helped us with all our details prior to the wedding, including helping with table layouts, menu choices, bar logistics, and a full day of timeline, etc. Any stress we were feeling Amy was quick to put us at ease.
On the day of our wedding, Amy and her team handled everything with no concern! They set up all the tables, centerpieces, linen, handled vendor coordination, put up umbrellas as guests arrived, turned on the heaters when it got cold, everything!! The wedding events ran so smoothly and that’s by and large due to all the work Amy and the staff were doing! They really took care of us and our group the entire night.
You have to use their catering service which was convenient, and the food was SO good. Our guests went back for more and we're even talking about it the next day.
Mark and Amy really try to do everything they can to help bring your wedding vision to life. Thank you to the entire Louland Falls crew for helping make our day absolutely perfect!! If you’re into mountains, red rocks, waterfalls, this is the place to get married!
the MOST BEAUTIFUL venue with the best staff
Not only is this venue stunning, it is set up to accommodate guests and flows beautifully from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. Our guests loved being able to explore the trails, play games, and be in such a beautiful venue.
The food is AMAZING and so well priced for wedding food. Mark worked with us to create the perfect menu for our guests.
The only complaint that our guests had was that they wished the wedding was longer & we wish we would’ve been able to dance for longer!
