We hired Talia with Corey Fox Photography to photograph our recent Lake Tahoe wedding and could not be more thankful we chose to do so. Corey. Corey. COREY. There are not adequate words to explain how grateful we are to have had him capture our wedding day. As a Wedding Planner, I've had the pleasure of working with him for many years and have seen all the incredible photographs he produces and knew he'd create magic for us as well. He is beyond talented, kind, funny, thoughtful, detailed, calm...an extraordinary human. He captured every moment, every emotion, every detail flawlessly. His eye for light is unmatched. He gives just enough direction to ensure you're looking your best, but never makes it feel forced or over posed. Neither of us are super comfortable in front of a camera, but his words of encouragement on the day gave us both a boost of confidence you can see in every single image. There were moments he'd flip his camera around and show us a raw image leaving us both stunned at the perfection. We chose Corey to photograph our recent Tahoe wedding on June 29, and he also took our engagement photos in late March in the snow. We could not be more thankful that we chose Corey to photograph our special day. He is incredibly talented, and really knows how to photograph not only people, but he captures the beauty of nature, and specifically Lake Tahoe, so well. He has an eye for the right poses to get the best shot, but also is able to capture really fun candids. He is also SO fun to work with and very down to earth. Corey Fox is an unbelievably gifted photographer, an absolute joy to be around, and one of the first vendors you should look to book for any Tahoe wedding (if not the first!). We did indeed book Corey before we even locked in our venue. He is one of the most skillful photographers I've ever had the pleasure of working with (I'm a professional sports videographer/photographer), and his eye for natural light is honestly special. The pictures he showed us on the day, and in the teaser gallery we received the very next day, made me say “wow” out loud.

Wow! I had a blast taking my wedding pictures with Corey Fox! We vibed instantly, which is a major plus considering the hours you spend with your wedding day photographer. Corey Fox photographed our 9/28/19 Wedding at the Resort at Squaw Creek and when I tell you I don't know what we would have done without him...I sincerely mean it.

For us, the "how" turned out to be just as important, if not more so, than the "what." Yes Corey and his second photographer Scott captured breathtaking images for us, which we knew they would, but Corey ended up playing a critical role on our Big Day. Despite our September wedding date, the weather went from sunshine to snowfall and everything in between; as you can imagine, some of our Plan As had to go out the window as a result. We put our Day into the hands of our phenomenal team, including Corey, and it ended up being even better than what we had dreamed.

Corey is sharp, focused, and structured, yet simultaneously calming, warm, and hilarious. He's also an artist outside of his photography and as a dancer, I think he and I connected on a creative level where I just understood him and trusted his plan for our crazy, amazing day. On top of being a talented photographer, he is an incredible human being, and I wouldn't have wanted anyone else coaching and supporting us through our Big Day.

PS - Corey sent us both our Teaser Photos AND our Final Photos far ahead of his own deadlines, which was such a treat. Book Corey!
