Liz is just awesome! I would recommend her to anyone. Her quality is great and her prices can’t be beat! We hired her to make our wedding cake and party favors. The cake turned out so beautiful. We had the chocolate cake and chocolate chip pound cake and they tasted amazing. I only wish I could have had more. We also had cake pops as our party favors. They were moist, delicious, and fun. They were such a hit that people are still talking about them. Thank you Liz!

I wish that I could give Liz more than 5 stars! She is the bestest!!!! Liz made us a beautifully decorated and very tasty wedding cake. We chose the traditional black gourmet fruit cake that is made for weddings and at Christmas time in Trinidad and Tobago...that's where I'm from. :) I am so happy to have found Liz. Her skills with making and decorating this type of cake were on point, and everyone loved it! Liz is very friendly and accommodating, and at the same time very professional. She is very easy to work with, and will deliver exactly what you ask for! If you are looking for someone to make your cake and other goodies for your wedding and/or other events, do not hesitate to call Liz. You will be VERY happy that you did!

Cookies to Cocktails provided the Groom's cake for my reception. It was exactly want my husband wanted and it tasted great. In fact, it tasted much better than our wedding cake actually. Liz is awesome to work with and we've recommended her to several friends as well.

Liz was a great vendor! Her prices were reasonable and she was so flexible in scheduling the tasting. I have neices with nut allergies and she was more than willing to help in making the cake safe for them. I got many compliments on the taste of the cake. I, personally, loved how it looked! I would highly recommend her services.

Liz at Cookies to Cocktails was amazing and I highly suggest working with her. My (now) husband and I didn't want a traditional wedding cake because we had an outdoor lakefront venue. We wanted something delicious and elegant, but not something over the top. Unfortunately, I had no idea what would work with my vision because all the bridal magazines I looked at contained these big formal cakes, which wasn’t our style. So, Liz worked with us on every aspect – from the design to the specialty flavors – and managed to do it all within our budget.
We ultimately went with a variety of cheesecakes (flavors and sizes). Liz displayed the cakes beautifully on multi-leveled cake stands with fresh cut flowers adorning each one. (She even created a special peanut butter cup and chocolate cheesecake for my husband.) We also had a chocolate fondue fountain, which we brought out for our champagne toast. Liz specially prepared elegant skewers of fresh fruit, donuts, and cakes to dip into the dark chocolate fountain. This complimented the semi-dry champagne we chose for the toast extremely well. All in all, Cookies to Cocktails was great and I’d highly recommend them to any bride!

Liz was wonderful to work with. I aksed her to make a cake for my rehersal dinner. I gave her the theme and she creatively made an Irish cake for me. I have recommended her to friends and can't wait for her to make my next cake. I would highly recommend to make any delicious treat. She was extremely professional and personable.
