Hands down the best wedding cake ever!! Beautiful cake just how I wanted it and more! She is underpriced!

Monica Cerkez is a talented artist and baker. Her work as an art teacher is completely evident in the beautiful cakes she designs. She provided a design of our cake that perfectly matched our vision. She also does delicious cake bites which is a much better option than cupcakes (in my opinion) because guests can sample more flavors and have as many or as little as they want. When I told her our budget, she worked with us to make the most of our money while still getting what we wanted. She was timely, professional and I would definitely recommend using her for any wedding, anniversary or other celebration cakes in the future!

Mrs. Cerkez is the total package when it comes to a wedding cake designer and creator! Her background as an art teacher is so evident and much appreciated! Her 30 second sketch of the cake during our initial meeting looked good enough to eat. She hand-crafted purple orchids out of sugar to match my bouquet! But on top of that, her cakes taste as good as they look (even though I almost felt bad cutting it). She urged us to not serve our actual cake, creating a false bottom layer, a layer to cut, and a layer to freeze. For our guests, we chose 6 flavors of cake bites (cubes with a bit of icing) to pick and choose from. Do NOT miss the lemon poppyseed...it made a great day-after breakfast. The cake bites were a little sparse when it came to the display given their arrangement, but we had the perfect amount for our guests with just a few left over for snacks. We are already looking forward to our anniversary when we get to dig in to the top layer!

Our wedding cake was incredible!!!! It was absolutely beautiful - very detailed and looked amazing. We had cake bites for our guests. I loved that guests could have more than one flavor and guests liked that they were different than traditional cake or cupcakes. Monica was wonderful to work with.

My wedding cake tasted amazing and looked beautiful! They also have "cake bites" instead of cupcakes which is a great idea because you get to sample more flavors.
