I had the pleasure of working with Joyce at Conrad Floral, and the experience was absolutely perfect! We ordered our bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and arbor piece for our wedding, and the arrangements were STUNNING! Joyce was so easy to work with. She's very communicative and understood exactly what I wanted each piece to look like- she even worked well with my budget! Although I just wanted simple white and green flowers and bouquets for everything, they were so elegant looking! They were exactly what I envisioned for our day. Joyce even delivered the flowers to our venue, and she was so nice to talk with in person :) I highly recommend Conrad Floral!

Joyce was a true pleasure to work with! I was planning a destination wedding from WI and went off reviews and word of mouth. It was so easy to work with Joyce via long-distance. She was very responsive to my emails, flexible, creative, and crafted a customized proposal (so thorough!), mindful of our budget and vision. I chose to go a more simple route with my flowers, and they turned out even better than I had envisioned! There were some really cool wildflowers incorporated into my bouquet that I had never seen before! Joyce at Conrad Floral did an amazing job with our wedding flowers. We met multiple times before the big day as I wasn't particularly sure what I wanted for my flowers. I told her my overall vision, budget and colors I was drawn to and she was able to quickly come up with a floral plan I was thrilled about. The day before the wedding I came by the shop and saw our bouquets and realized I wasn't as happy with the autumn color scheme we had initially talked about and asked if she could remove some of the darker blooms and stick to a lighter palette. With complete class and professionalism, she confirmed what I did and did not like about the arrangements and quickly rushed to change all of them so that I was completely happy with them. She even sent a photo with the changes before fixing all the bouquets to ensure it's exactly what I wanted. This was literally the NIGHT before the wedding and I'm sure it took hours. She dropped them off the next day and they were stunning! I would recommend Joyce in a heartbeat--not only for her gorgeous work and attention to detail but also for her exceptional customer service

Joyce knew all the questions to ask during our initial meeting. She was very thorough and made sure she understood our vision 100%. We gave her our thoughts, budget, and Pinterest ideas, and from there they created the most beautiful arrangements for our wedding! All of the flowers and greenery received so many compliments from our guests.

Wow! Joyce is very gifted floral design specialist. From the initial event planning to the follow up, she was professional, organized and gave us so much more than we could have expected. I wanted a mountain modern themed wedding and Joyce delivered a fresh spin on modern simplicity with one of a kind arrangements. She even made boutonnieres in 223 ammo casings as a surprise for my groom. All of Joyce's product is very fresh and of the highest quality ensuring longevity. I absolutely loved the flowers from our wedding! I didn't even pick out the flowers to be used; just gave Joyce some Pinterest photos and she ran with it. Our budget was probably tighter than most for flowers, but I still couldn't believe how beautiful they were! I HIGHLY recommend using them!
