Everyone at Confer’s has been nothing but helpful. It’s the only place my husband and I go to buy important jewelry. They helped provide my necklace, engagement ring and wedding ring for my wedding. They provided 2 rings for my husband. We will definitely be back when we need jewelry in the future.

Side note, my engagement ring broke 2 weeks before the wedding. They easily took my ring and rush ordered to have it fixed. They promised a couple days before the wedding, but managed to get it fixed only 2 days later! They’re absolute life savers and I can’t say thank you enough! Highly recommend.

So many options available at this store and if they don't have it they will get it for you in their travels. While the mens selection is small in the store, it is expanding and they have more inventory and designers that they are buying from. A great place to get a gift for that special man in your life, which often we overlook when it comes to gifts of jewelry.

Confer's has an amazing, very friendly and very helpful staff! My fiance bought my gorgeous diamond engagement ring here, and I get compliments on its quality all the time. They offer free cleaning for my ring anytime I want to stop in, in addition to free first time re-sizing. My fiance and I chose our wedding bands here as well, and I couldn't be happier with my selection.

They worked with us to pick the perfect engagment ring, and even had it tweaked to be perfect! Then they helped us pick out wedding bands that we love, but that also fit our lifestyles.

I am extremely upset with the services at this jeweler. I came in and bought an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I was making payments on it and waiting for it to be sized to her finger when they called her and left a voicemail telling her that her ring was ready. There was even a note specifically on the account to NOT call her. Of course, she had no idea what they were talking about because it was supposed to be her engagement ring. She then called back and asked about it saying she didn't have a ring. They then told her about the ring! They completely ruined one of the biggest and most important moments of our lives. When I asked for a refund of what I paid because I was so upset, they refused to return any of the money I had paid for it. They told me that it was custom ordered, even though they were only putting a diamond it and ordering the ring in her size. I was absolutely appalled. Now I am out my money I paid and out on one of the biggest surprises of my life.
