What can I say!!! The Coles Family held it down!!! I mean baby girl truly catered to the culture of hospitality. She was very attentive and communicated with me (host) the entire event. Her service represented dad fully. As for Nikko (don) he also was very attentive with our schedule and we chatted often with laughs. I thoroughly enjoyed them both and the additional servers.

My guest/family complemented every item served. I will always inquire about your services for hire. This is my second experience and I stand by your Service of excellence and detail. You all truly completed the 40th Birthday celebration.

I have used Cole's Creative Catering for birthday parties, retirement parties, home parties and funeral repasts. This business has never let me down. Food is always fresh, flavorful and the presentation is outstanding. This caterer is my "go to" whenever there is a function that needs to be catered. Quality at its best.

I've used the services of Cole's Creative Catering on several occasions. The Eagles Band Parents Association (EBPA), retained his services for our Jazz Brunch and Music Awards banquet both met and exceeded our expectations. I have yet to find a caterer better than owner and chef Dante. I highly recommend his services because I plan to use his services in the near future.

Cole's Creative Catering provided food for my father's repast. The meal was excellent and there was more than enough to go around. Some of our guests went back for seconds! Cole's was on time, very professional and our guests enjoyed themselves. The food was delicious! The owner was flexible and worked with me during this very difficult time. I will definitely use Cole's Creative Catering again, and I unhesitantly recommend them to anyone seeking great food, great service, and a great experience overall!

Cole's Creative Catering catered my Caribbean themed reception in 2013. I was absolutely pleased with the complete service that was provided. Mr. Cole created my menu and executed it to perfection. The attention paid to the most minute detail was extremely impressive...this in addition to the value and professionalism is why I have again booked the services of Cole's Creative Catering again this year for a birthday party!

The food was great, the staff was on time and proffessional. I would definitely be using Cole's Creative Catering again.

I attended my sister’s 10-year vow renewal on October 25, 2026, and while the event was beautiful, the catering experience was extremely disappointing. For approximately 100 guests, my sister ordered fried chicken, baked chicken, salmon, macaroni and cheese, green beans, strawberry lemonade, raspberry iced tea, and infused water.

The food arrived only about an hour before the event, and we had to call to find out where the caterer was. Although Sternos were provided, the racks needed to keep the food warm were missing. Beverages were delivered in large Deer Park five-gallon water bottles, and no punch bowls or proper beverage dispensers were provided. We had to scramble to find serving utensils and beverage containers shortly before the event.

The food quality was another major concern. The fried and baked chicken were extremely dry, and the salmon appeared undercooked. Several guests reported feeling ill the following day, experiencing stomach issues, including diarrhea. I cannot confirm the cause of their symptoms, but the situation was concerning. Pictures are included to document the food presentation.

The so-called charcuterie board consisted primarily of two types of cheese and some fruit, rather than a proper assortment of items. It ran out before even half the guests had been served, and members of the wedding party did not get any hors d’oeuvres.

The worst part was Chef Dante’s customer service. When I called to ask for clarification about the missing equipment and whether punch bowls could be provided for an additional fee, he interrupted me, raised his voice, and said, “This is what you get with a drop-off.” When I tried to explain that I simply wanted to understand, he responded, “You don’t need to understand anything. This is what I do.” He was loud, dismissive, and rude before ultimately hanging up on me.

On October 28, I called again to better understand his drop-off service and requested a quote. He explained that infused water was not normally delivered with drop-off orders, but fruit could be provided separately for customers to add themselves. No fruit was provided for the infused water at my sister’s event, and the water tasted like plain tap water. This raised further questions about the service we received.

I understand that drop-off catering may not include full-service setup or every piece of equipment. However, customers deserve clear communication about what is included before the event. These limitations were not clearly outlined in the contract or on the company’s website, leaving us unprepared. Had expectations been communicated beforehand, we could have made arrangements without the last-minute stress.

I also noticed that the contract listed Mama Cole’s Cafe, while the business was presented as Cole’s Creative Catering. I cannot determine whether the businesses are affiliated, but I recommend clarifying the business name on the contract before booking.

Overall, the food quality, presentation, and customer service fell far below expectations. A family celebration should not involve scrambling for supplies or being treated disrespectfully for asking reasonable questions. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Cole’s Creative Catering. Ask detailed questions, confirm exactly what is included, and get everything in writing before making payment.

Do not use Coles Creative Catering. FOOD ALWAYS RUN OUT. While his food maybe good, he seems to short change on the amount of food and that he is untouchable. He was told this what was being said about his catering service and we did not want this at our event. Food was suppose to be ready at 7:00 pm, it was not ready until 7:50 pm. The food was gone by 9:10 pm and my event wasn't over until 11:00 pm. He also took home food for him and his staff, but never asked us if it was ok. Staff Never cleaned off tables until the end of the event, so food, cups and trash was on the table during the entire event. Seen staff taking food loading it in their personal cars. When confronted about the event he denied everything... UNBELIEVABLE. He also over charge people. A Professional Cater will have a price list, he doesn't because he wants to charge people different prices. He is so unprofessional and is a bad reflection for all minority business owners.

Food was good, but there was hardly enough to accommodate our guests.We were also told there would be deserts, but none were provided. The cost for this catering was far too expensive for what we received. I would not recommend this company to others.
