My mother and I went to a wedding expo in the area and we got to the cold stone creamery stand well we had to try it, my mom was hooked and from that moment on we were having ice cream cake at the wedding! It was very reasonably priced for what we got, it was 4 tiers all different flavors and we paid under $300 for everything, I would recommend them to anyone wanted something a little different for the cake, a lot of our guests told us it was the best of the night! Also we went with the location in Baxter, MN.

My guests all agreed--this was the best tasting wedding cake ever! We modified their "Cheesecake Named Desire" ice cream cake to include chocolate curls...mmmm! I had a really simple design, because I knew it wouldn't be out for view for long (so it wouldn't melt...we just used a small one for decoration and had the rest cut up in the back just before serving). However, they are willing to work with you to decorate it however you want. The cost wasn't bad, and it's definitely worth it for delicious ice cream cake! Your guests will thank you! The only weird thing with them was that they wouldn't let me order it in advance...I had to wait and just give them the info a few weeks before the wedding...which makes a detail-oriented bride kind of nervous! They did a great job, though, and it was done on time and delivered across the street to Meijer Gardens for us!
