Elizabeth was the perfect day of wedding coordinator. She helped me every step of the way on our wedding day. She took my vision and brought it to life and took care of almost everything day of so I could relax and get ready. I HIGHLY recommend Coco Creations -and Elizabeth!

I’ll be honest, I didn’t initially see the need for having a coordinator….Thank goodness for Elizabeth, she was always responsive to my questions leading up to my wedding and the day-of she never stopped moving to make sure everything went smoothly. She quickly adapted for all the last minute hiccups and worked tirelessly to make sure I did as little as possible. I never plan on getting married again but if I did, I would 100% work with her again.

Elizabeth is extremely organized, professional and discrete. We hired her as the day-of coordinator for our August 2023 wedding, which we planned from France. She worked around a 9-hour time difference to do our intro call and for the rest of the prep was available by email until we arrived in Oakland for our wedding week.

Even though I had done tons of research, there were obviously details about the wedding day that I had no expertise on, and Elizabeth always had excellent and pertinent suggestions to make the day the best it could be.

We had a nightmare during the wedding day - our cake baker ghosted us. Elizabeth and her assistant spent a lot of time calling the baker until she finally answered her phone with an excuse for why she wouldn't be delivering the cake, and implemented a solution, keeping us in the dark until the end of the night. Her assistant bought enough cake at Whole Foods to serve everyone AND for us to have a cake-cutting ceremony, which is no small feat if you think about the distance between Chabot Space & Science Center and Whole Foods!

That ended up being one of the best gifts we received, as none of the stress about the missing cake ever could come up for me as I was none the wiser!

With large events, things usually go wrong, so you want someone there to be your problem-solver. Elizabeth is that person, trust!

We hired Elizabeth as our wedding coordinator for our August 2023 wedding, and could not be happier with our choice!

We had a complicated situation with our wedding, causing our ceremony/cocktail hour and reception to be split across 2 venues. This created a logistical nightmare for our wedding, but Elizabeth coordinated it all perfectly!

Leading up to our wedding, Elizabeth helped us prepare a detailed timeline for our big day. She helped us fill in the gaps with things we had missed or not thought about much. Elizabeth also reached out to all of our vendors the week before our wedding to tie up any loose ends and ensure that everyone was on the same page. We had been juggling communications with our many vendors, but this e-mail eased our stress levels and made us feel comfortable fully passing off the logistics and coordination of our wedding to Elizabeth.

The day before our wedding, Elizabeth took charge of our wedding rehearsal. She did a great job taking control of our group of ~20 people participating in the rehearsal. Our officiant sent her the script, and Elizabeth took it from there. It quickly became clear that she had done many of these before. It was efficiently run, and multiple people participating in it expressed how impressed they were with Elizabeth and their confidence in her to make the wedding day go smoothly.

On the day of our wedding, Elizabeth coordinated everything beautifully. We were both able to go hands off as Elizabeth took the reigns and navigated us and our vendors through our special day. There were multiple times throughout the wedding day where we went to ask Elizabeth questions, only to find that she was a step ahead of us and had already taken care of our concerns. Between our two venues and limited set up time, we knew it was more than a little chaotic- Elizabeth completely shielded us from that so we were able to fully enjoy our day. A specific thing Elizabeth did that really impressed us was working with our dessert vendor to adjust their serving time. Our schedule of events was running a bit behind, but Elizabeth worked with them to push back the serving time so it didn't conflict with anything else on our timeline. This all happened behind the scenes without us having to think or worry about it.

We were both impressed with how Elizabeth coordinated our many vendors across 2 venues. She and her assistant made our day stress free and flowing smoothly- we have gotten so many compliments on our wedding and know that's a result of Elizabeth's hard work! Elizabeth helped us in too many other ways to list, and we would definitely recommend Coco Creations to anyone planning a wedding.

Elizabeth was amazing from start to finish. I initially hired her as a day of coordinator for my April 2022 wedding. She was helpful and responsive. She offered a lot of insight and advice for my big day. I was planning everything on my own so I needed all the guidance I could get, especially for the day of.

When my husband and I decided to postpone our wedding to November 2022, we knew we had to hire Elizabeth for our big day, but this time as a full service wedding coordinator. Elizabeth made the planning process easy and stress free. We were able to get everything in order in less than 6 months! She made great vendor recommendations and helped maintain communication with all my vendors leading up to the big day.

Elizabeth was amazing throughout the planning process and even more amazing on the day of rehearsal and the big day. I learned about Elizabeth’s services through my older sister’s wedding. My sister recommended her for my late wedding celebration, so I reached out to her to inquire about assisting as my Day-of-Coordinator. I originally did not think I would need one, as it was more of a dinner reception than an actual wedding. My husband wanted me to hire a professional so I would not be stressed out the day of our reception.

Elizabeth was very responsive and easy to reach out to. She is very professional, thoughtful and has been in the business for years. Her prices are fair and she has many glowing reviews, which made us feel very comfortable in hiring her. I am fairly organized and love planning events, but when Elizabeth saw what I had done, she asked us so many thoughtful questions I didn’t even think of. She really proved to us that you DO need to hire a Day-of-Coordinator, and she was the right one for the job!

A few days before our event, I somehow got covid. I was extremely anxious, upset and canceling/postponing the event was not an option. Elizabeth gave me great advice on how to handle informing the guests, and fortunately only a few people dropped out and one vendor backed out (makeup). I wanted to help with the setup but couldn’t anymore, so I had my Maid of Honor work with Elizabeth at the last minute, and everything turned out better than I imagined! We were very lucky that our reception still continued on, it was outdoor, and though we had to cut out the mother/father dancing, everyone had a great time!

Elizabeth was the coordinator for our wedding and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Even from the very first call, she had such a calming presence that I knew she would be a vendor that I can reliably count on. We had a few calls with Elizabeth the months and weeks leading up to the wedding. During each call, Elizabeth would provide us with all the items we needed to check off before the big day. She also helped us fine-tune our timeline, and was great at communicating with all our vendors. Our big day definitely went very smoothly, with much thanks to Elizabeth! We'd highly recommend working with her for your wedding.

Elizabeth was the best Day of Coordinator we could have asked for. She was incredibly organized and communicative in the lead up to our wedding and she was terrific at responding promptly to any questions we had and making sure every detail was covered. We were also able to rent some decor items from her for a very reasonable price. She really went above and beyond by stopping by our welcome picnic and picking up everything we needed transported to the venue the following day so we could have a relaxing, stress-free morning. We really appreciated her calm presence throughout and her flexibility with some last minute decisions on our part. She handled everything that came up including making sure our chuppah didn’t blow away in the wind and day-of seating chart changes and probably tons more we don’t even know about! We were able to enjoy the whole event without worrying about anything and had an absolute blast. Everything ran so smoothly and our guests were very impressed! We cannot recommend Elizabeth more highly.

Elizabeth was so helpful for our wedding in March 2022. We had originally planned everything for a 2020 wedding, but it got postponed and within that time our venue added the requirement for a separate day-of coordinator. I am so glad we worked with Elizabeth! She helped us review all of our contracts to make sure the day would be perfect, and it truly was—thanks to her! She is very detail oriented and organized. She was so thorough, and thought through every detail. She even came with us to the venue to get familiar with the set up before the big day, too. I loved how she helped the day run smoothly while blending in. Thanks to her and her coordination with our vendors, I didn’t have to worry about a thing on our wedding day!

Elizabeth was wonderful to work with as our Day of Coordinator. She definitely provided us with much more help than many other coordinators we had spoken to had offered, and was instrumental in making the day go as well as it did. From the moment we first reached out to her, Elizabeth was well organized, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. I really appreciated her calm demeanor and can-do attitude.

We live out of town, and we were able to be in Santa Cruz a few months prior to the wedding to get some things taken care of and Elizabeth met up with us at both the reception and ceremony sites to make sure the plan was making sense and that she had a handle on where things were going. Elizabeth was quick to respond to any questions, always available to chat, had great questions we didn't think about and was an overall fantastic guide on this wild DIY wedding ride.

Pulling off an event for ~100 people is a huge endeavor and you will really be pleased to have Elizabeth there to help you. She went above and beyond and we are sure that there were some fires behind the scenes that she helped put out. On our wedding day, even though we knew there was a lot to juggle, we were really happy to have Elizabeth on our team.

I don't know how we would have made it happen without her help, there are so many more things to coordinate than I had realized when we first started planning our wedding. We had no idea what we were fully getting into, and Elizabeth made it go more smoothly than it would have otherwise.

She was great at giving guidance and suggestions, every conversation we had with her was completely comfortable and she even made time to chat with us when it was a bit late the night before the wedding as we had spent all day (plus every day for a few solid weeks leading up to the big day) in preparation mode, to go over some details with setting up. We would highly recommend reaching out to Elizabeth, she is an expert and great to work with.
