I have had the pleasure of using Athena and her staff at Coalesce Creations on 2 occasions. Athena was my wedding planner/coordinator and also helped to plan my baby shower. She is very knowledgeable about the wedding and event planning industry. My biggest challenge in planning my wedding was making my wedding vision come true on a budget. Athena was able to do just that. Athena was very organized, had great recommendations, and was very easy to communicate with. I never had any issues with her following through on her responsibilities. It was a huge relief having her throughout the planning process. She listened to what I wanted and never made me feel like my ideas were subpar. Instead she was able to open me up to ideas I had never considered that in the end, allowed me to have my dream wedding. I would whole heartedly recommend Athena and her staff at Coalesce Creations to plan any of life's milestone events!!! I can't say how much I appreciate her.

Athena is an amazing wedding planner. I didn't know what to expect but she guided me through the process with ease. I never felt like I couldn't tell her when I didn't like something or when what I wanted was different than what she recommended. The most important thing was that I had the wedding of my dreams and she helped me have an experience I couldn't even have imagined myself. She made sure I had at least 3 vendors to choose from for everything (venue, video, photo, cake, make-up, etc) and my then fiancé and I had a chance to interview all these vendors before making a final decision. I cannot say enough about the vendor options, everyone was amazing and I was very pleased with everything. Another great thing about our experience with Athena was that we felt like we were her only client, actually I felt that way for all the vendors I ended up choosing. She was always available and she attended all of my vendor interviews and meetings, and it was a lot, but she was always there. She knew what I wanted, even when I didn't know, because she was able to read my personality and make great suggestions on what I would like or not like. My wedding was perfect, mostly because I love my husband and I was marrying him, but the day was beautiful and the wedding experience itself was amazing. My guests couldn't stop gushing it being one of the best weddings they had ever been to. The decorations were amazing, she did a phenomenal job with the reception décor, especially the King's table. I gave her a theme and a partial vision and she filled in all the pieces perfectly. Brides, I will say, if you want someone who will put you first and work hard to make sure your day is what you want then Coalesce Creations is for you. Oh, one last thing, Athena is always working hard to make her business better and actually appreciates feedback so that future brides will benefit, not that there's much to correct, but it's always a good thing when quality improvement is a priority.

Athena and her staff were amazing. We hired Athena approximately one month before our wedding to help us finalize all of our wedding plans and to be there the day of the wedding. Best decision we made. She went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. Highly recommend!

Athena was absolutely great at planning my daughter's graduation party. She had the vision of taking my ideas and my daughter's and making that day a huge success. The decor was amazing. I would make sure she plan all my events.

Her creative design and eye for detail made this wedding stunning, elegant, and beautiful from draping pearls to the handmade flower wall. You can't go wrong with this talented Event Planner. She is professional, responsive, gives you her undivided attention, and puts her heart and soul in creating the event of your dreams. She obviously loves what she does. So blessed to have found her.

Athena went out of her way to make sure that our 35th wedding anniversary and vow renewal was a memorable and enjoyable occasion for us, as well as for our guests. She coordinated the food service providers, the professional photographer, the DJ, the make-up artist and hairstylist for my wife, the officiant, the invitations, managed the guest list, and scheduled the venue and its decor, all in a very professional, extremely courteous and responsive manner. I wholeheartedly recommend Athena's professional event planning service to anyone who is planning any type of event or occasion. She not only does an excellent job organizing the event to your expressed standard, but she also performs her job in such a manner that it leaves your guests (close family, friends and loved ones) feeling good that they attended.
