    Athena is the best! Before I found her, I was sooo stressed and felt like nothing was coming together. She changed that, and made the experience all about myself and my husband. Her sprint is absolutely amazing and one of a kind. I'm so thankful for her. #besteeddingplannerever

    Athena is an amazing wedding planner. I didn't know what to expect but she guided me through the process with ease. I never felt like I couldn't tell her when I didn't like something or when what I wanted was different than what she recommended. The most important thing was that I had the wedding of my dreams and she helped me have an experience I couldn't even have imagined myself. She made sure I had at least 3 vendors to choose from for everything (venue, video, photo, cake, make-up, etc) and my then fiancé and I had a chance to interview all these vendors before making a final decision. I cannot say enough about the vendor options, everyone was amazing and I was very pleased with everything. Another great thing about our experience with Athena was that we felt like we were her only client, actually I felt that way for all the vendors I ended up choosing. She was always available and she attended all of my vendor interviews and meetings, and it was a lot, but she was always there. She knew what I wanted, even when I didn't know, because she was able to read my personality and make great suggestions on what I would like or not like. My wedding was perfect, mostly because I love my husband and I was marrying him, but the day was beautiful and the wedding experience itself was amazing. My guests couldn't stop gushing it being one of the best weddings they had ever been to. The decorations were amazing, she did a phenomenal job with the reception décor, especially the King's table. I gave her a theme and a partial vision and she filled in all the pieces perfectly. Brides, I will say, if you want someone who will put you first and work hard to make sure your day is what you want then Coalesce Creations is for you. Oh, one last thing, Athena is always working hard to make her business better and actually appreciates feedback so that future brides will benefit, not that there's much to correct, but it's always a good thing when quality improvement is a priority.

    I have had the pleasure of using Athena and her staff at Coalesce Creations on 2 occasions. Athena was my wedding planner/coordinator and also helped to plan my baby shower. She is very knowledgeable about the wedding and event planning industry. My biggest challenge in planning my wedding was making my wedding vision come true on a budget. Athena was able to do just that. Athena was very organized, had great recommendations, and was very easy to communicate with. I never had any issues with her following through on her responsibilities. It was a huge relief having her throughout the planning process. She listened to what I wanted and never made me feel like my ideas were subpar. Instead she was able to open me up to ideas I had never considered that in the end, allowed me to have my dream wedding. I would whole heartedly recommend Athena and her staff at Coalesce Creations to plan any of life's milestone events!!! I can't say how much I appreciate her.

    Athena and her staff were amazing. We hired Athena approximately one month before our wedding to help us finalize all of our wedding plans and to be there the day of the wedding. Best decision we made. She went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. Highly recommend!

    Athena was absolutely great at planning my daughter's graduation party. She had the vision of taking my ideas and my daughter's and making that day a huge success. The decor was amazing. I would make sure she plan all my events.

    I cant say enough about Athena and her staff. They are top notch! Her creative design and eye for detail made this wedding stunning, elegant, and beautiful from draping pearls to the handmade flower wall. You can't go wrong with this talented Event Planner. She is professional, responsive, gives you her undivided attention, and puts her heart and soul in creating the event of your dreams. She obviously loves what she does. So blessed to have found her.

    Plans for designs at our New Years Eve Black and Gold Ball looks amazing. Always professional and kind. I always recommend to friends and family.

    When it comes to planning a wedding, stress can develop very quickly. When my wife and I were recommended the services of Athena and Coalesce Creations, we were hesitant at first. You expect that day to be a day you remember as you start a new journey. With our first conversation with Athena, she presented our wedding in a way that eased any worries we had.

    The planning of the wedding was very detailed and gave us structure when we did not have it. Athena is very flexible when it comes to a couples' budget so if you have worries about that, please dont. Did I also mention that Coalesce Creations gives counseling for brides to be. There were times, where I could not ease my wife's worries and Athena had all of the right words. The wedding was a wonderful experience for all who were involved and it is something I will never forget. It's amazing to see a company such as Coalesce Creations have the passion and desire to make sure their clients are taking care of. I would recommend them to anyone who planning to get married.

    Coalesce Creation brought the vision to life that i had for the launch event. Everyone was in awe of the decor and the overall timeline of the event. Will always use this amazing company.

    Athena went out of her way to make sure that our 35th wedding anniversary and vow renewal was a memorable and enjoyable occasion for us, as well as for our guests. She coordinated the food service providers, the professional photographer, the DJ, the make-up artist and hairstylist for my wife, the officiant, the invitations, managed the guest list, and scheduled the venue and its decor, all in a very professional, extremely courteous and responsive manner. I wholeheartedly recommend Athena's professional event planning service to anyone who is planning any type of event or occasion. She not only does an excellent job organizing the event to your expressed standard, but she also performs her job in such a manner that it leaves your guests (close family, friends and loved ones) feeling good that they attended.

    Thanks to Athena everything went great. She took a weight off of our shoulders and we didn't have to worry about anything. She was always a step ahead of us and always stayed in contact with us. She went above and beyond what we expected and our guests were very pleased with the turn out and flow of everything. Myself as the bride don't know what I would of done without her help. She helped me keep myself together on my big day and took care of everything. I couldn't imagine not having her there I would of been lost without her. I can't say enough to show my appreciation for all of her hard work and time. If your starting from the beginning, middle or end of your planning Athena has a package for you and your budget. We couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out and will definitely stay in touch.

    I find Athena to be very professional and knowledgeable. I was starting to panic doing all my wedding planning on my own but once I spoke with her I felt the stress just melt away.

    The planning phase of the wedding was a breeze and honestly felt taken care of for the big day. Athena had wonderful suggestions and really understood the look and feeling I wanted for my wedding. When it came to the day of everything fell apart. Our ceremony was at the church down street from the reception venue. Athena knew the timeline of when the ceremony would begin and end and she was in charge of having the venue ready for after the ceremony. Unfortunately the reception venue was not ready for the guest, and all of the guest were forced to remain outside of the venue while Athena and her team were still setting up. After 45 minutes of guest waiting outside, they were finally allowed in. I was shocked that she had allowed this to happen. And her “surprise” for the bride and grooms table was a complete failure due to her lack of time. I was very disappointed with how things turned out and will never forget that feeling.

    Stressed out Bride & Groom, left early

    There were red flags before the wedding- Athena stood us up on venue walk thru appointment, had to contact assistant only because Athena would not respond on their communication platform for weeks, had to remind Athena to schedule meetings to go over details a week before the wedding. During the wedding, Athena came up to bride and groom on 3 occasions to tell us issues going on. Didn’t correct the musician, who played the wrong first song. I was 20 minutes late to my ceremony because Athena left me without any means of communication in the bridal suite and told me to wait (had to send a venue staff to ask her what was the hold up). Didn’t ensure the photographer pulled us for golden hour photos. She left early saying “I’m not getting paid to clean” to another vendor and left her assistant who didn’t ensure all vendors finished before the venue closed, which cost us our security deposit. Her website ensures the bride and groom will not lose deposit for this specific situation (vendors leaving on time). She lost rental items from another vendor, which almost cost me that deposit as well but during our honeymoon was able to locate the items and mail them to the vendor. She refused to reimburse the security deposit from having vendors leave late from the venue and alleged she left early because she had allergies. Then had her husband email me that if I tried to request my security deposit he would go after vendors they felt were at fault for not leaving on time. All my vendors worked incredibly hard, I wouldn’t want them to lose income knowing they did their best.
    I post my review because I would hate for another bride to have this experience. You hire a coordinator to avoid all this stress on an important and expensive day. This coordinator truly disappointed us. Coalesce Creations is not worth the cost and added stress.
