Organized, Attentive, & Fun Dream Team
It’s impossible to recap my overwhelmingly positive experience with Clover Event Co. I’d been reluctant to work with a wedding planner but the second I met with the team I knew the fit was perfect.
I began planning with Clover in January and os had ~3 months of pre-COVID planning experience. From the onset they were highly organized—from the to-do lists based on priority to vendor sourcing to contract management. Their approach eased my anxiety and I found myself actually enjoying planning a big wedding.
And then COVID turned our worlds upside down. The ambiguity about whether or not my big city wedding could happen totally deflated my excitement. But Clover, particularly Kellie + Caitlin, stepped in and worked overtime to plan alternate options. Kellie also sat (metaphorically over Zoom) with me when I cried and validate how unfair it all was. And when I decided 2 months before my planned date that I wanted an elegant backyard wedding at my parents’ farm they enthusiastically changed course. I could not believe the amount of work completed in 3 months to bring my new vision to life. No detail was overlooked—my input on style + decor was always prioritized. The wedding day itself was seamless. I was able to fully enjoy everything from the time I woke up until the time I collapsed into bed. Now I cannot imagine having had any other wedding setting—and I credit a lot of that to Clover’s efforts. They transformed 10 acres into an elegant tented event that felt intimate and full of details/elements/undertones that captured my personality (and my husband’s and our families). I’ve never felt so special as I did that day, COVID be damned.
I also appreciated how cost-conscious they were. I never felt pressured to spend more or embarrassed that made choices based on financial considerations. In an industry that feels like there are people constantly up-selling you this was refreshing. It helped deepen my relationship with Caitlin, Kellie, & all of Clover because I trusted they acted on behalf of my interests.
I wish I could get married again (to my husband!) to be able to work with Clover again. An absolute delight—they made wedding planning enjoyable despite the difficult circumstances.Sent on 12/21/2020

True perfection- knowledgeable, kind, down to earth and professional!
I had the privilege of working with Kellie and the Clover Event team for my wedding in February 2020. From the very beginning, Kellie made everything EASY and FUN. From short emails, to lengthy phone chats Kellie made every step of planning our wedding seamless and effortless. She was always willing to listen to me vent and think of a creative way to jump over the hurdles that inevitably occur in the wedding planning process. On they day of, Kellie and her team were able to make everything run smoothly and effortlessly. My entire family and even my other vendors simply could not stop talking about how amazing Kellie and the Clover team were. If I had to make one recommendation for wedding planning, (legit!) I would tell you to hire Clover. Every penny will be well spent. You also will get to know super fun and cool people in the process. I am thinking about having another wedding just so I can work with Kellie again:-)Sent on 04/26/2020

Caitlin was my Type-A organization spirit animal
When I got engaged, I knew I needed a coordinator on my side who was as Type-A organized and on-the-ball as I was, but also with amazing taste and the ability to bring an aesthetic vision to life. Caitlin and the Clover team were both, carrying us through 12 months of planning with monthly phone calls, meetings in person, the occasional text, and many many emails with so much ease. I was so grateful to have someone so organized handling all the details and whose taste I could trust -- it was such a relief, when we faced decisions about table linens or timing or flowers, to just be able to say, "I trust you, you decide!"
Caitlin's vision and ability to make magic between all our amazing vendors brought the wedding to life, and her team -- including Kellie and Heather -- made it possible for us to truly ENJOY it all on the wedding day without worrying about a single detail. If you're getting married, hire Clover immediately.Sent on 12/03/2019
Team of Clover Event Co.
Senior Planner, Operations Manager
Kellie was actually Clover’s first client ever! Luckily for us, shortly after getting married, she joined the Clover team and brought all of her grace, energy, and enthusiasm on board. When you meet Kellie, you’ll find yourself smiling almost immediately, feeling like you’ve just reunited with an old friend. We like to credit this to the fact that Kellie grew up in Hawaii and truly embodies the Aloha Way of Life — that coordination of heart and mind deeply rooted in Hawaiian culture.
Kellie attended Cabrini University where she played lacrosse and graduated as a Political Science & Religious Studies double major with a minor in History. Shortly after graduating, she began working in operations for the financial services industry. She spent several years creating, improving and implementing business processes geared toward organizational efficiency, but she found herself craving more personal connection. Fast forward to now, Kellie is an integral part of the core Clover team keeping us organized behind the scenes by helping to onboard all of our couples and manage our team of day-of assistants. Our couples love her easy going personality and ability to manage a timeline down to the minute.
When she isn’t helping our couples tie the knot, you can find Kellie with her husband, Joe, and their two dogs, Boone and Otis, (most likely in a cuddle pile), planning a theme party, or curled up with a good book. If you’re trying to win her over, you can’t go wrong with McDonalds, a Slurpee, or the classic Hawaiian pantry staple — spam!
Senior Planner, Creative Partner
Jesse is Clover’s resident empath. She values a personal connection with her clients and approaches these connections with emotional honesty. While we sometimes joke about how easy it is to get her to tear up, we also know that this is ultimately a reflection of her intuitive sensitivity and what makes her the compassionate person that Clover clients know and love! Jesse graduated from Skidmore College as an English major with a concentration in Poetry. Prior to joining Clover, she spent several years at Live Nation. She credits this time with helping her develop a love for the world of events and honing her abilities to facilitate cooperative success.
Although she enjoyed her time at Live Nation, Jesse felt she was missing the opportunity to engage her own creativity. This prompted her to join the Clover team on weekends as a day-of assistant. Starting out as an assistant, in advance of her own wedding with Clover, gave Jesse a unique understanding of the value in our holistic approach to planning from both the professional and client side. Having lived on the East Coast, Midwest, West Coast, and overseas, she adapts quickly to new environments and challenges.
Today she brings her adaptability and innate creativity to Clover as a member of our core team. She lives in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia with her husband, Brian, and their cat, Cricket. In her free time, Jesse loves to cook (ask her about her donabe collection!), discuss enneagram personality types with her friends, and daydream about moving to the Adirondacks!
Caitlin Maloney Kuchemba
Owner, Principal Planner
Caitlin is the fast-talking, tea drinking, always matching soul behind this company. She’s always been a natural entertainer at heart and even at a young age, knew wedding planning may be in her future.
Caitlin graduated with a communications degree from the University of Delaware in 2010, and went on to become a certified Wedding & Event Planner through the Wedding Planning & Consulting Program at Temple University. Before starting Clover, she led the marketing and events team for the Manayunk neighborhood of Philadelphia where she planned large scale festivals and events and oversaw the town’s marketing efforts.
Today, with ten years of experience in the wedding industry and having planned hundreds of events, Caitlin has developed a signature style and approach to weddings that has been regionally and nationally recognized. Most of all, our couples love that her cheerful confidence gives her the ability to turn vision into action without hesitation.
Caitlin and her husband Adam spent the last 10 years living in the Manayunk section of Philadelphia before relocating back to their native Northeastern, Pennsylvania. They recently purchased a home in the Pocono mountains that they’re currently renovating. Caitlin spends her time between mountain and city life and when she’s not planning your wedding, she and Adam love to host their friends in their home, hit the slopes on their skis and travel up to one of their favorite places, The Finger Lakes, where they got married in 2017.
Caitlin and her team were amazing to work with! Together we managed to pull of the ultimate surprise wedding!! Looking forward to working together again soon!
