WHO WE ARE
Clover Event Co. is a boutique wedding planning company based in the Manayunk section of Philadelphia, specializing in planning, styling, and coordinating authentic weddings for modern couples.
Started in 2015 by Owner Caitlin Maloney Kuchemba, Clover has grown to include two additional full-time planners and a talented team of wedding coordinators who plan weddings throughout the Philadelphia area and beyond.
OUR HANDS ON APPROACH
Everything about a wedding is personal. We understand that a wedding is an investment, but more importantly it’s a celebration between two people who have found each other and have chosen to share a life together. Because of this, we feel that taking a hands on, holistic, and genuine approach to the wedding planning process is essential. We get to know our clients and treat them like family, so we can truly bring their wedding visions to life.

Clover helped us and our families to enjoy our wedding day, and made the process much less stressful
We worked with Caitlin primarily, Kellie later on in the process and Maeve assisted with our day of. We went with their partial wedding planning services and will echo what is listed in other reviews that Clover was amazing, a pleasure to work with, and helped us have a wonderful wedding. Because things were organized well in advance, I was less stressed during the wedding process then I think others had expected (we were planning a wedding in 8 months, in a city we don't live in). Additionally, because during the week/days leading up to the wedding, things were taken care of, we were able to spend time with our families, bridal party, and out-of-town guests, instead of having to run around doing last-minute errands.Sent on 08/30/2019
During the day of, they were super helpful, we were able to relax and everything was handled. Our parents and bridal party could also relax and we were able to enjoy our wedding instead of spending the whole time handling logistics. That, and we were able to actually eat at our own wedding.
During the planning process, Caitlin and Kellie were always very responsive and helpful with organizing a cohesive look to everything. Would highly recommend them, they were wonderful

The most important decision we made - hire the Clover Team!
At every step in the process, the Clover team was absolutely incredible. When our first venue fell through, Caitlin helped us navigate next steps and find so many of our wonderful vendors. When we added a vendor or wanted advice, even far in advance of our wedding, Caitlin was extremely responsive and guided us. Jesse, our day of coordinator, designed our signage, paper products, and day of items. Jesse took our vision and transformed it for our perfect day. We did not have to worry about anything day of - the team took care of every little detail (including transporting our cookies back to our hotel!).
