Where do I even begin?! Brittany and her Cloud9 team are truly the reason we had the most incredible wedding weekend at Garden of the Gods Resort and Spruce Mountain Ranch (aside from marrying my best friend). We started working with Brittany about a year and a half before the big day, and from the very beginning, she exceeded every expectation.

As a professional event planner myself, I’ll admit my standards were high. Letting someone else take the reins for such an important weekend wasn’t easy—but Brittany made it seamless. Her timelines were beyond thorough, she stayed ahead of every deadline, and her communication was flawless. Her vendor network is unmatched, and we trusted her completely with her recommendations. Nearly every vendor we worked with came through her and every single one was perfect. She even handled our invitations and thank-you notes, and we lost count of how many guests told us they were the most beautiful invitations they’d ever received.

Brittany took our vision and brought it to life in ways we couldn’t have imagined. On the wedding weekend itself, she was an absolute lifesaver. She flawlessly coordinated more than ten vendors so we never had to worry about a thing. Even when severe thunderstorms threatened to rattle me, Brittany’s calm, smiling presence instantly put me at ease—she had everything handled. Throughout the night, all I had to do was catch her eye and she was right there to help with whatever I needed.

One of the hardest parts of the wedding weekend ending was saying goodbye to having Brittany by my side. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is this: if you’re looking for the very best wedding planner, Brittany is it.

We had the pleasure of working with Amy for our wedding and we could not have asked for a better person to assist us with our big day. With only 4 months to plan and doing so from out of state we needed someone who was organized, timely, and knowledgeable. Amy went above and beyond to make sure the day was perfect. She sent weekly emails with what tasks were complete and what needed to be done with deadlines, kept an organized budget, promptly answered phone calls and texts when I was in a panic, communicated with vendors and arranged meetings, worked around my hectic schedule and was always so positive. From start to finish she handled everything with professionalism and grace. We also had the pleasure of working with Arturo the day of and he was wonderful. He kept everyone calm when it started to drizzle and taught my husband and I a few dance moves. I could write a trilogy of novels about my adoration for Brittany and the Cloud 9 team but for the sake of review brevity, Brittany is the best planner in the game. We worked with Brittany after we had chosen our date and venue to create our dream wedding in Steamboat Springs. Brittany's kind demeanor, 1000 watt genuine smile, relationships with Colorado vendors, and knowledge of the Colorado wedding industry had us hooked. Over the next 8 months Brittany became a mind reader and was able to articulate and execute our vision when we weren't sure how to put it into words. She was a true teammate throughout the process and never batted an eye when we had to work around COVID restrictions or last-minute changes. Simply put, it was spectacular…best wedding ever was a repeated phrase both over the wedding, reception and feedback after returning home. The remarks from the bride and groom along with both sets of parents and the reception attendees was consistent. It was a terrific event, managed beautifully by BrittanyCook@cloud9bliss.com.

Note, that the wedding party and most of the guests were from the Chicagoland area. The shuttles, the hotels, the food, music, Brides & Grooms preparation…all were well organized and it was spectacular. Brittany coordinated the wedding beautifully as well as a number of other details. It was flawless and spectacular.
We met Brittany at the January Spruce Mtn. Wine & Nosh Wedding Show. We came away excited, with new ideas to add to the wedding and reception events. We tasted the food options and listened to the band…both fantastic and the wedding guests raved about both.
It was a dream wedding and Brittany managed the entire event. Once again, it was spectacular. We would highly recommend engaging with her as your wedding planner. Brittany had every little detail organized and it was flawless. The vast majority of guests stayed through the last dance which was among the most moving ‘finishes’ we have ever experienced. All the guests created a circle and danced together while singing the final song, ‘Don’t Stop Believing’ by Journey.
And the buses were waiting in the parking lot to take all the guests back to the hotel when the reception ended.

We planned our wedding in a month (Yikes!) and there is no way we could have pulled it off without Brittany from cloud 9. She was organized, professional, personable, and thoughtful. She really listened to what we wanted and needed for our wedding. Our special day could not have happened without her and I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is getting married. By the end of it all, Brittany felt like a friend to me and I’m so grateful for her time - we loved our wedding !!!

My wife and I got married in the fall of 2019 and it exceeded all of our expectations. Brittany was our wedding planner and she was amazing! From the very beginning she dialed into our personalities and style which made selection of venues, vendors, and design board seamless.

Brittany was very communicative throughout the entire process and kept us on pace giving us things to do each month so that coming into the month of the wedding we were already prepared. The wedding itself went out with out a hitch with everything running like a machine so that we didn't have to make decisions and instead just enjoy our family, friends and most of all our wedding.

I was an out of state bride planning a wedding in Breckenridge, CO and hired Cloud 9 for day of coordinating. I worked with Amy and she made everything run so smoothly the weekend of our wedding. She also helped with an officiant script and a vision board a couple months before the wedding. Amy was my go to girl for any questions during the planning process and then when it came to the wedding she led all the coordination between our vendors. I can't even explain how amazing it was to show up to the venue after a stress free morning with my bridesmaids and fiance to see all the planning I had done for months come to life. She made the day run just how I had explained to her I wanted it to go. Looking back at my wedding one of the things I am most happy I spent money on was having a day of coordinator! I literally remember my day being on cloud 9 because I didn't have to worry about anything!
