The food was awesome. My guest have been asking about who catered my food nonstop. It's an amazing feeling. They were awesome to work with and took very good care of all of my guests.

The food was delicious--we got numerous compliments about how tasty everything was. I thought it was much better than typical "wedding" food. Nom nom nom.

The service was also excellent. Their event coordinator was very friendly and easy to work with, and helped us come up with a yummy menu. At the event, the servers also made rounds to pick up empty plates when folks were finished; this was a really nice touch, and more than I expected for simple buffet-style service :)

Also, for a BBQ place, they offered really nice-looking catering options! We just went with styrofoam and plasticware, but 1) the plates were a nice cream color, and the plasticware was silver, not just white and 2) the plasticware was wrapped nicely in a napkin, not in a little plastic packet. Simple things, but it made the overall appearance nicer.

The food was delicious!!! Even as the bride I made sure to get a plate full and taste of everything. The only draw back was that they ran out of potatoes near the end (they were amazing so I am sure people took more than their share). The provided servers, food, & tea. They have quite a few packages to choose from and you can mix, match and add depending on your personal taste and budget. They were easy to contact and did a great job!

Loved the food and they prepared and served our guests with strict professionalism. My only complaint at all would be that they said they were sending more servers than they actually did. They still got the job done well and I would definately recommend for anyone who enjoys BBQ.
