We had an amazing experience having our wedding at the Civic Center Music Hall. We used the Hall of Mirrors for our ceremony and reception, and Joel Levine Hall for cocktail hour, and the entire venue was absolutely beautiful. The Hall of Mirrors truly has to be seen in person to appreciate it — the large windows, architecture, and amount of space make it such a stunning setting for a wedding.

Suzanne was our primary contact and was wonderful to work with. She was responsive, easy to communicate with, and always helpful when we had questions. She gave us an initial tour and then met with us again a few weeks before the wedding with our planner, which made us feel very prepared going into the day.

The planning and contracting process was also very straightforward. Pricing was clear from the beginning, and we never felt like there were hidden fees or surprise charges. Compared with many other venues in the area, we also felt the Civic Center was an incredible value for such a beautiful and unique space.

On the wedding day, the staff were helpful and everything ran very smoothly. Our planner handled most of the communication and setup, so we were able to simply enjoy the day rather than worry about venue logistics. The getting-ready space was also beautiful, spacious, and clearly designed with weddings in mind.

One thing future couples should be aware of is that the Civic Center does have an approved vendor list, so if you already have your heart set on a vendor who is not approved, that may require some extra planning. We also had to obtain event insurance, but both of those requirements were clearly communicated and never felt like surprise expenses.

Overall, we could not have been happier with our choice. The venue is gorgeous, the pricing is transparent, and Suzanne and the Civic Center team were easy to work with from beginning to end. We would absolutely recommend it to couples looking for a beautiful wedding venue in Oklahoma City

A truly amazing venue and wonderful team to work with. Suzanne and Sara were so kind throughout our planning experience. They were always helpful when we needed their guidance. Another thing we loved was being able to choose our own vendors. And the location was really nice. We loved being in the heart of OKC for our friends and family from out of town could see a bit of the city. We got lucky with weather to be able to have our ceremony outside on the lawn (with the Joel Levine room as a rain plan). We also loved the sunset lighting during the start of our reception in the Hall of Mirrors! It was also nice to be able to use the bridal and groom suites and bring in what we needed the day before. So many things to rave about with this venue & team! We are so glad we had our big day here.

My husband and I got married at the Civic Center a little over a month ago and it was the most perfect day!!!
First off- The Hall of Mirrors itself is absolutely stunning! The giant floor to ceiling windows provide the most amazing light for pictures and the view to downtown is AMAZING! The open room let us have everything we wanted together and the whole wedding felt personal because everything was in one room.
The staff at the Civic Center helped and answered all of our questions and concerns from which vendors they prefer to parking situation to best places to take pictures! I cannot recommend the Hall of Mirrors at the Civic Center enough to engaged couples! It was reasonably priced, included the basics, and made our day a 100/100!

From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had stepped into a fairy tale. The beauty of the venue, both inside and out, created the perfect backdrop for our wedding day.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was unforgettable. They took the time to learn our names and made us feel like we were more than just another couple on their calendar. No question was too small or too silly, and their attention to detail made all the difference.

My wife and I decided to have our wedding at the Civic Center in November 2024. We could not be happier with our decision. From day one, Suzanne and Karlee couldn’t have been easier to work with. They were extremely professional throughout the process. They were very transparent and never at all seemed “pushy” as if they were trying to upsell us on our wedding package. They were very accommodating to personal requests, such as allowing us to include our two dogs in our wedding ceremony. In addition, we had some last minute changes due to weather on the week of our wedding and they did their best to make it as stress as free as possible. We couldn’t recommend the Civic Center more highly!

The Civic Center was so helpful throughout the entire process, from their pitch to us to the grand exit, they were nothing short of incredible. The day-of staff were outstanding and Karlee was such a great first point of contact.

The civic center was the absolute perfect venue. We had a wedding of about 110 ppl, majority of who came from out of state. Its central downtown location and partnership with the Fordson hotel made it so easy for our guests. The staff was amazing, the day of coordinator captured videos of us and helped work around the show that was occurring (3 that day!) they made sure we barely noticed the shows were even occurring. Our 110 guests fit perfectly in the hall of mirrors. We had tables set, chairs for ceremony removed a lightening speed (literally it was done by the time my marriage license was signed) and changed into a dance floor! It was absolutely stunning and would recommend it then to anyone!
