Fate brought us to the civic center! We were booked with another venue and it fell through so we contacted the civic center. I cannot imagine my wedding anywhere else! Suzanne and her team were absolutely WONDERFUL, responding so quickly to our questions, hunting for answers when they didn’t have them (which was rare) and making the planning process so easy and simple.
On the day of I was absolutely blown away with how smooth everything went and how celebrated my husband and I felt! Our wedding day was an absolute dream thanks to the civic center. We are so thankful we ended up at the civic center for our wedding! -

I recently held my wedding ceremony and reception at the Civic Center and it was a 10/10 experience!! First, Suzanne was incredible from the first inquiry email until the wedding. She answered every question I had leading up to bid day and in a very timely manner. She was there for my dress rehearsal and entire wedding and always was so calm and encouraging! Everything was very organized and I was able to use a lot of my own vendors not ones already chosen which was nice and I was able to really make it my own. Second, the actual venue was perfect. It was reasonably priced and big enough to fit all of my guests! I wanted 2 separate spaces for my ceremony/reception and the Civic center had both while also providing one of the most beautiful timeless spaces with a gorgeous view of downtown. My pictures were stunning! The getting ready rooms were also very spacious. I had an incredible wedding and if I had to do it over again would use the Civic Center every time!!Civic Center Music Hall's reply:

My husband and I got married at the Civic Center a little over a month ago and it was the most perfect day!!!
First off- The Hall of Mirrors itself is absolutely stunning! The giant floor to ceiling windows provide the most amazing light for pictures and the view to downtown is AMAZING! The open room let us have everything we wanted together and the whole wedding felt personal because everything was in one room.
The staff at the Civic Center helped and answered all of our questions and concerns from which vendors they prefer to parking situation to best places to take pictures! I cannot recommend the Hall of Mirrors at the Civic Center enough to engaged couples! It was reasonably priced, included the basics, and made our day a 100/100! -

The absolute best!
My wife and I decided to have our wedding at the Civic Center in November 2024. We could not be happier with our decision. From day one, Suzanne and Karlee couldn’t have been easier to work with. They were extremely professional throughout the process. They were very transparent and never at all seemed “pushy” as if they were trying to upsell us on our wedding package. They were very accommodating to personal requests, such as allowing us to include our two dogs in our wedding ceremony. In addition, we had some last minute changes due to weather on the week of our wedding and they did their best to make it as stress as free as possible. We couldn’t recommend the Civic Center more highly! -

The most perfect wedding
We loved the civic center. In Oklahoma it can be hard to find something that isn’t rustic but the second we saw the civic center we knew it was the perfect venue. The staff was extremely helpful every step of the way over my long engagement. -

Very beautiful venue
Suzanne was wonderful and made the planning/organization of the wedding a breeze. She is very quick to respond and she makes sure that all your questions are answered and needs are met. I had the most beautiful reception and it exceeded all my expectations! -

Schonacher/Shank wedding
Civic Center Music Hall was the BEST reception space for our wedding! The tall ceilings, the windows, and the architecture really sealed the deal for us. Not to mention Suzanne who was so professional and the best to work with. One of my favorite parts of the day was seeing the room come together and having it at CC really put it over the top!Civic Center Music Hall's reply:

We loved the timeless and classic look of the Mienders Hall of Mirrors! The room is so beautiful and it really speaks for itself.
In addition, Suzanne was absolutely amazing and so understanding throughout the entire planning process! Our wedding was initially planned on a date right in the middle of the pandemic, but Suzanne was so understanding and helped us change our date 2 times!! She was so much fun to work with! Her positivity and energy, as well as professionalism helped make our special day absolutely perfect! -

We are so glad that we chose the Civic Center (Mienders Hall of Mirrors) as our venue for our wedding! It’s an absolutely gorgeous venue that fit our goals of a classic, timeless wedding. We fell in love with the style and architecture during the first tour of the venue, but it was Suzanne’s pleasant demeanor that really helped us to feel confident in our selection. She was so kind and easy to work with, which made for stress-free wedding planning and a lovely wedding day that we will never forget! -

Floral Fall Wedding
I loved working with Suzanne, Ben, and everyone at the Civic Center. They helped make our wedding a dream. Meinders Hall of Mirrors was my first choice and only choice for reception and my husband and I were so pleased all the cards landed perfectly in order for that to happen. Suzanne was a huge life saver to help us get extra time for our vendors to setup. And there were a few hiccups that happened during setup with one of the vendors, that I found out about afterwards, but Ben helped my planner find a solution while I was blissfully ignorant. I highly recommend the Civic Center for any event. I hope to work with them again soon in the future!Civic Center Music Hall's reply:

Truly Magical!
This venue holds a very special place in our hearts, as it was meaningful to us during our dating years—and even more so now that it’s where we started our forever. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had stepped into a fairy tale. The beauty of the venue, both inside and out, created the perfect backdrop for our wedding day.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was unforgettable. They took the time to learn our names and made us feel like we were more than just another couple on their calendar. No question was too small or too silly, and their attention to detail made all the difference.
I could not have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a venue that’s both stunning and staffed by people who genuinely care, I highly recommend this one. It truly exceeded all of our expectations. -

Ellis Wedding 2024
We absolutely LOVED the Civic Center Special Events Team. They were attentive, intentional, encouraging, and extremely helpful. Civic center
We had the best experience with the Civic Center!! The coordinators were prompt and professional in their responses and helped us with any and all questions. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and can’t be beat!! An incredible venue
I absolutely loved getting married at the Civic Center! Suzanne was great to work with, was thorough, and was organized. After being in so many weddings, I knew I wanted our 225+ person wedding to have the same location for ceremony and reception, and not only does the Civic Center have beautiful spaces for both, the bridesmaids and groomsmen were able to get ready on site. This is a huge bonus if you’ve ever been in a wedding, not having to lug around all your things throughout the day, and the bridal suite is absolutely perfect complete with a bar and is beautiful. The staff did a wonderful job ushering our guests through the Civic Center from the Joel Levine Rehearsal Hall to the Hall of Mirrors with ease, and the production of the show that evening wasn’t an issue at all.Civic Center Music Hall's reply:

Our daughter had her reception here 5/22:22 and we held our reception in the same spot on 2/01/92!!
The venue is a timeless and classic spot. Suzanne was wonderful with answering questions and helping with vendor recommendations(should have used her as a resource from the beginning).
The lighting on the room is phenomenal as well as the acoustics for the band.
