Facilities and Capacity

City Centre at Quail Valley has a wide variety of spaces, from intimate outdoor venues to larger indoor venues. This venue offers three main indoor venue options: the Magnolia Ballroom, the Bluebonnet Room, and the Azalea Room. The Magnolia Ballroom is the biggest space that City Centre at Quail Valley offers, with a maximum capacity of 300 guests. This 3,000 square foot ballroom offers private indoor balconies, private outdoor balconies with gorgeous views of the golf courses, three projectors with screens, and two flat panel televisions to display any pictures or videos you so desire. The Bluebonnet Room is on the first floor of the property and has a capacity of up to 120 people. This space has a private portico perfect for golf course and sunset views, as well as 1,500 feet of space for you and your guests to enjoy. The Azalea Room is ideal for a more intimate event, as it can accommodate up to 60 of your closest family and friends. The 800 square foot room has direct access to the patio as well as one flat panel television. If you are seeking an outdoor reception, the arbor patio offer 3,500 square feet of space and has a capacity of 200 people with theater seating or 64 people with banquet seating. The arbor patio is adjacent to a golf course for perfect views of the sunset and lush greenery. One of the other outdoor venue options is the covered patio, which can accommodate up to 225 people. This space is directly accessed from the arbor or the green lawn and also offers two televisions for videos, pictures, and slideshows. The green lawn is perfect for those seeking a large outdoor reception. With a capacity of up to 2,250 people, this gorgeous half acre piece of land offers plenty of space and beautiful views. City Centre at Quail Valley also has a spacious bridal suite for you and your wedding party. The bridal suite has a capacity of up to 25 people and included couches, sitting chairs, and three make-up seats. For picture-taking and general gathering before the main event the mezzanine and multiple balconies are perfect. Finally, whole you enjoy your wedding day, the conference room is directly adjacent to the bridal suite and acts as the ideal hub for designers, wedding planners, or general storage.
