  Quail Valley Golf Course & City Centre

  Crystal Alexander is absolutely amazing! She handled my year of planning, many many questions, emails and changes with so much poise and patience! She has to be the best person I have ever worked with! Please please please be sure to book with this venue to meet with her!   Amazing place

  This is the perfect place to have an event. Crystal was so sweet, supportive and helpful from day we booked quail to the evening of the reception. She was always willing to help, explain, be honest and answer all of our questions. This is the best place to have an event, great event spaces, Amazing food, great staff and great atmosphere.

  Really great

  Quail valley golf course was my wedding venue I chose for ceremony and reception and everything was great Crystal Alexander the events coordinator at the venue was amazing and very Professional easy to work with to get things done for the big day also the price was great and the food was amazing so happy I chose Quail Valley Golf Course.

  Love love love!

  I couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Crystal at Quail Valley! She’s kind, friendly and just great to work with. I’m a stickler for prompt replies and crystal was always on top of it! Whether I was asking questions over a year out still to days before! I never felt like I was bothering her.... and I asked a lot of questions! Lol I am still hearing people rave about all the food and the bar and just how delicious everything was!! We couldn’t have found a more perfect, personal and warm venue to host our special day!!

  Cyrille was very accessible and flexible with our budget to make our day special. The food was good and hot. The wait staff was nice and the venue its self was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

  Cyrille and Quail Valley City Centre did an excellent job hosting my wedding. Everything was beautiful and the center is a great place to have an event for a very affordable price. Cyrille responded to my emails and phone calls and was even available when I popped up at the venue for questions. They tried to work with me on all my requests and everything basically turned out just like I wanted. There is a bridal room available and a bar and restaurant also. There's plenty of free parking. The food was excellent and they worked with me on the menu for my event. The golf course is a great place to take pictures as well as the facility. I recommend this venue for any event. You will not be disappointed.

  The Blue Bonnet Room was perfect for my daughters wedding and reception. Cyrille was very attentive and responsive to our needs. Always on hand to address any questions or concerns. He really helped make the day special. I would definitely recommend Quail Valley City Centre to family and friends.

  Cyrille and his team did everything they promised to do. The food was excellent, the ceremony and reception both were excellent.

  This venue was wonderful and the staff made the whole process easy. They are very affordable and the service is amazing. I really enjoyed my reception and I'm glad that I chose to have it here. The food is also amazing and I am still getting compliments on how awesome it was. Thank you so much

  Overall a great experience. The food is great! We're still getting compliments on it. There were two things we weren't aware of which put a little damper on things. We had an arbor patio wedding ceremony and garden chairs WERE NOT included in the quote given. So, that was an additional, last minute expense we didn't know about nor had we planned for. Also, we were given a template showing the venue had 72 inch tables available so I based my seating chart on that, printed out the chart, etc. Then, we found out there are no 72 inch tables. So, seating chart had to be redone two days prior.

She left during the event and didn't mention she was going to leave until I ran into her in the hall with her purse. She was dressed very casually and my guests certainly noticed I received several comments about her attire. I asked them to provide the extra plates food to the band we hired, but when I asked the server about they said they threw the food away... it had not even been 15 minutes. So, if I should book this venue again I will be sure to have somebody available to just work with the coordinator and ensure all goes according to my requests.
