Our videographer was absolutely amazing! We had AMAZING communication with CinemaStory. They responded back immediately, kept communication to make sure we were able to get everything we wanted, and did a phenomenal job day of our wedding. They went above and beyond and reached out to the venue for me to make sure they would have everything they needed for the online streaming. I felt completely confident that I could be hands-free and not have to worry about anything day of- which was exactly what I needed. They gave us a link for our online live-streaming well in advance and they recorded a wonderful video for us both online and downloadable. We hired Shane & team for our live stream micro-wedding and although there was a small technical issue (in 105-degree heat!) - he handled it quickly and fixed everything for us! He was very willing to help us with anything we needed to make our live stream happen prior to the wedding and I highly recommend hiring CinemaStory if you are thinking about livestreaming your wedding!
