Beautiful dresses, friendly staff. I cannot speak better of my time at Chryssie's Bridal in Canton. Hilary was perfect and super friendly. If you want a beautiful dress GO THERE!!!

For my wedding dress, I was looking for something fairly simple (at a reasonable price). I ended up at Chrissie's on a whim and seemed to catch things just right. I was basically allowed to try on dress with minimal assistance (just what I was looking for) but the staff was accessible and ready to help if I had any questions. I found the perfect dress and bought it the first time I went in.

I don't have any experience with the alterations department as I decided to take the dress to a family friend for alterations and ordered it well in advance of my wedding. Overall, I didn't have any problems and enjoyed the shopping experience. They have a good dress selection at reasonable prices (accessories are where things start to get more expensive).

Not overly impressed with Chrissie's. Bought my dress from them and should have checked the reviews on yelp and here before hand. All of them were spot on, crabby customer service, over priced for canton, especially on alterations and are not very willing to work with the bride when time gets crunched with alterations towards the end. I would never walk back in here again, let alone by a dress from them or give them my business.

If you are forced to work with them, their alteration lady was nice and flexible to work with, but she doesnt set the prices and they are way over priced - when I told her what they charged me, she was floored by how outrageous it was! Hopefully she starts working with a new dress shop for her own sake!
