My venue recommended Chelsea as one of their preferred wedding coordinators. The owner loved her, so I decided we should book her because she works at our venue all the time! I reached out to Chelsea for her packages and information, and she was very quick to email back! She offered many packages, and each were very detailed in what was included. I decided I would love to hire her as my day-of-coordinator, and the hiring process was very easy! Her pricing was affordable and offered payment plans.

Chelsea offered tons of decor to rent through her which was SO helpful! I didn't have to go through a whole rental company or buy a million things. Her decor catalog was easy to choose and rent when the time came. Her coordinating questionnaire was detailed and easy to fill out. Chelsea is very organized and loved knowing every idea and detail I wanted/planned for.

Chelsea also was at my venue's decor faire event, where she set up and helped me design my table settings. I explained all my ideas and thoughts from my brain, and she created the perfect display for me! At my final venue walkthrough, she went through my whole wedding day/plans/decor/ideas and made sure she had/understood everything I needed/wanted. Her assistant Jessi was also there helping! Chelsea also made my wedding day timeline, which was a big relief!

Day before my wedding, Chelsea ran our ceremony rehearsal with us, our wedding party, and family. She was prepared, organized, and made sure everyone knew what they were going to do the next day. My in-laws told me they were very impressed with Chelsea, and that she "knew her stuff"!

Day of the wedding, the venue looked gorgeous!! My tables were set up exactly how I wanted! She took all my other decor and set it up perfectly! My ceremony decorations were beautiful. Chelsea and her team really made my visions come to life and I was so pleased! Throughout the day, she made sure we stayed on time with our timeline, everything ran smoothly, she communicated with all my vendors, and answered any questions my guests or our family had! Chelsea and her team made our wedding day wonderful! I highly recommend Chelsea as your day-of-coordinator/wedding planner!!

Chelsea was my designated Day of Coordinator that was provided to me through my venue and I cannot say enough positive things about her. She helped keep me sane through the whole wedding planning process. Not only was she super responsive to any questions I had or anything I needed, she was just super helpful all around - willing to share her experience to ensure you have the best day possible. Because of her, my wedding day was an absolute dream. She knew exactly what I wanted and needed through it all. I would recommend Chelsea a million times over and am so glad to have worked with her :)

Chelsea and her team went above and beyond to make our special day perfect. I can not recommend her enough. I wish I could give her 10 stars. She was there every step of the way and helped me make every decisions down to the little details. She handled the difficult conversations with vendors and made our day run seamlessly. I am so thankful Chelsea made our day so beautiful and perfect.
