We started planning our wedding at the same time I began nursing school, a combo that could have been incredibly stressful, but thanks to Cait, it never was. From day one, she made everything feel organized and doable. Kosi provided excellent vendor recommendations and an easy-to-follow planning timeline that clearly laid out what to book and when. About six months out, we began monthly meetings with Cait to go over every detail, little by little, which made the entire process feel incredibly manageable.

But the most amazing part of the entire experience was how much of a rockstar Cait was on the wedding day itself. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing. She brought my entire vision to life, coordinated every vendor flawlessly, kept the day on schedule, made sure we were fed and hydrated, and somehow managed to be everywhere at once keeping the party flowing. Our guests even commented that she was “like a ninja” running around making magic happen!

We truly can’t thank Cait enough. She exceeded every expectation and made our day completely stress-free, beautiful, and really let us enjoy the moment. It's hard to put into words just how incredible April and her team are. Right from the very start, when we were unsure if having a 150-person wedding over two days at our own property would be feasible, April provided informed and detailed guidance and resources to help us make the decision. She is a pro, and you can tell how long she's been in the business and how respected she is by the way vendors sing her praises. With every decision she provided all of the information necessary to make it easy and straightforward, without ever being pushy or imposing her own preferences. In the month leading up, and the two days onsite, April could not have been more relaxed and in control, ready to pivot when needed and always projecting calm and certainty. We had a pretty unique ceremony, and many vendors (since it was at our own place), and the Kosi team took it all in stride, managing all vendor communications a month leading up to the wedding so that we could focus on getting the place ready. I couldn't recommend Kosi Events more highly, and the rate felt very reasonable for the value and level of service we received.

As a Type-A individual, I never imagined I’d be able to fully let go and trust the year-long process of planning a wedding—let alone from out of state. Hiring Kosi and working closely with Charley from month 13 until the big day was one of the best decisions we made—not just for our wedding, but for our peace of mind.

From the very beginning, Charley went above and beyond. She outlined every task from day one, kept us organized with Trello, and was lightning-fast in her communication. Her responsiveness, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs before we even realized them made us feel cared for every step of the way. Even from hundreds of miles away, we felt connected and confident, which turned what could have been a stressful process into something we were actually able to enjoy.

Kosi also offers rentals, which took even more stress off our plates. One of my specific requests was to have a line of Moroccan rugs down the aisle to complement the desert vibes of Moab. Charley and April spent their own days off scouring flea markets and shops to source them—and on the wedding day, it was exactly as I’d envisioned.

What truly set them apart, though, was the heart they poured into everything. This wasn’t just about logistics—it was about understanding our vision, our personalities, and the experience we wanted for our loved ones. Charley protected us from overpriced vendors, offered creative alternatives, and came up with ideas that made our wedding uniquely ours. For example, since my partner and I are big fans of early 2000s emo music, she helped us incorporate acoustic versions of our favorite bands into cocktail hour and even suggested fun touches like custom napkins and a temporary tattoo station—which ended up being a huge hit with our guests.

On the wedding day, everything ran flawlessly—but what meant the most was how calm and present we were able to feel. Instead of worrying about timelines or details, we laughed, danced, and soaked in every moment with our guests, knowing we were in the best hands. Jennifer Lopez in The Wedding Planner had nothing on Charley. I forgot deodorant during a dress change—Charley had it. I started to feel anxious and needed champagne as guests arrived—Charley already had it in hand.

Our friends and family kept saying how seamless and beautiful everything felt, and that’s a reflection of the love, care, and hard work Charley put into every detail. Some wedding planners wanted $20,000, $30,000, and $40,000+ for their services and we would have still had to have made all contact with vendors and most all other aspects of wedding planning.
