Chef Drew's catered my wedding reception and the entire experience was phenomenal. From the tasting, the planning process, and the day of coordination, Chef Drew's team was organized, professional, and kind. On top of the customer service the food was exceptional. All of my guests were raving about the tasty appetizers, their entrees being perfectly hot and neatly presented. I would recommend Chef Drew's catering 10/10 times for anyone hosting an event. Preparing the perfect cuisine for a bunch of foodies AND a bride with a gluten allergy and a dairy allergy…Chef Drew had his work cut out for him and he exceeded every expectation to the point where we couldn’t decide so we had it all - 5 appetizers and 2 main courses - all worth every single amazingly delicious bite!! A few weeks before the wedding I asked my husband-to-be what he was most excited for and he said ‘to marry you!’ And I said ‘no, seriously’ and he said ‘the food!’ And I said ‘me tooooo!’. From the moment we finished the tasting, we dreamed about that food and devoured it with pleasure on our wedding day…and still dream about it to this day!

Chef Drew catered our entire wedding weekend last month (three days) and it was amazing! Simply said - his food and overall presentation is phenomenal. His team was a pleasure to work with leading up to the wedding, providing great, unique recommendations, and very open to customization. We did a tasting in advance and Chef Drew provided so many great options it was hard to choose! Service across all three days was also amazing. The staff were all so friendly and engaging, working to ensure everyone was well taken care of. Our guests were most certainly impressed!

Chef Drew and his team went above and beyond to make our wedding day a perfect and memorable day. Drew went out of his way to accommodate a tasting for us when we had a last minute trip to Islamorada. We immediately connected with Drew and appreciated his knowledge and passion for food. Everything we tasted was delicious. On our wedding day the quality of the food was just as delicious and exceeded our expectations along with the excellent service. Our guests can’t stop talking about everything that was served. The appetizers, the presentation of the smoked fish dip, entrees and desert were all perfect and delicious. During the cocktail hour the servers made a point to find us as we were taking photos so we were able to enjoy all of the different appetizers. From beginning to end, everything went smoothly with Chef Drew's team. We had a tasting in February where we met with Drew and got to try his incredible food. He is so open to ideas and being flexible to whatever we wanted to do. I worked with Laurie through the planning process, from coming up with our exact menu, to timing of the cocktail hour and dinner. She was so detailed and left no questions unanswered! I then transitioned to working with lead server Lee Ann on the day of the wedding. She came by our venue, Dolphin Point Villas, around noon to touch base with me regarding reception layout, timing and to confirm other details. Her team began setting up in the mobile kitchen at 3. That was right before the rain started. We had initially set up on the lawn, but the rain was not going to let up for hours, so the decision was made to move our entrie cocktail/reception set up underneath the villa at Dolphin Point. All of our chairs and completed table got soaked! Lee Ann and her teamed jumped in immediately and moved everything, in the rain, to safety. They even were able to dry the linens and place them back on the tables without me ever noticing!
The food was delicious and elevated, much more than you except to find in the Keys. We had 4 passed apps-smoked salmon with mango and goat cheese, pork belly, duck spring rolls and wasabi cracked conch. We then had a watermelon skewer with basil, feta and balsamic instead of a traditional salad. We also chose the smoked fish dip, and considering I don't like fish or seafood, it was so tasty. For the entree we did a choice of Parmesan chicken breast or twin lobster tails both served with a tomato arugula risotto. Even the dinner rolls were good! For dessert we did 3 mini's-key lime tart, white chocolate bread pudding and chocolate mousse. Originally we were only going to do the key lime tart, but after trying the other 2 in the tasting, we had to add them!
Between the amazing food, the professional servers, the fun bartenders and the excellent coordination of Laurie and Lee Ann, I would absolutely recommend Chef Drew's catering.

Chef Drew's team was not only professional but responsive and flexible. The food was the best food I had in the keys. From key largo to key west. Chef Drew was super nice and his staff was great. His bartender was also a big hit. Super funny. I would recommend 10/10

From our first tasting we knew the food was amazing, but what we didn't realize was how great the staff was too. They were on top of everything from hor d'oeuvres to the appetizers to dinner. I got tons of compliments on them, and we super appreciate all they have done!
