Our guests raved over the food that chef Wes and his team prepared for us! We had so many left overs we got to enjoy for days after! Penny was so accommodating and patient as I changed my menu multiple times throughout the planning, and we are so grateful for their help and suggestions.

I had a very good experience with all of my vendors but Chef Wes, WOW! I was impressed with the response time and professionalism from the very first emails with Penny. We were looking for a low country boil to have after our very small, intimate ceremony. I had a hard time even finding anyone that could accommodate this request. Not only did Chef Wes provide exactly what I ask for, he knocked it out of the park. He and his team are very personable, fun, and provided amazing service. Each time I tried to help in any way, they instructed me that it was my day and to let them handle it.

We had a little bit of a snag with the weather and had to make some last minute changes and I was very impressed with how they handled this. They jumped in and helped to move everything around and make a setting that worked for us. The food, oh my, it was unbelievable. I am sorry I did not take more pictures.

We had a member of our party that has very specific dietary restrictions and this was not an issue. Not only did Chef Wes accommodate the request, she cleaned her plate (which is unusual).

When everything was over, Chef Wes and team packed up our leftovers, refrigerated them, and left the kitchen even more clean than it was when they arrived. I wanted to bring Chef Wes home with me!

Chef Wes and Penny were amazing. They catered our reception, rehearsal, snacks for the after-party, and a welcome luau. In each case they exceeded our expectations and delighted our guests. The food was fantastic, great presentation, courteous staff, and surprisingly the most affordable of the catererors we looked at. They delivered plenty of food, and had a wide variety of options. We recommend the blueberry bisque, lobster eggs Benedict, tropical french toast dessert, bacon wrapped scallops, and coconut shrimp. We were thrilled to have them part of our wedding.

Everything was incredibly delicious. Chef Wesley Brage and his staff prepared a feast for our 40 dinner guests. The service was seamless.
Chef Wesley's team was experienced, extraordinarily pleasant and very efficient. Our kitchen was left in spotless condition and we did not have to lift a finger. Outstanding!

Chef Wess and Penny provided an absolutely stunning experience for my holiday party with 75 people. The food was beyond expectation and just kept coming out all of our group was welfare and within the first hour and a half many more already full.

The food was fresh and hot and everyone raved about how amazing everything was! My husband and I are so happy Chef Wes was recommended to us!

Let me tell you that the one thing every guest at our wedding thought was amazing, was the food! Chef Wes is just phenomenal, he is professional, polite, always smiling, works hard and again, just has great food! His assistant Penny works her tail off as well, and it certainly shows! Private Chef Wes, Penny and team were an absolute joy to work with, from day 1! We had scheduled to do a tasting with them but then my husband and I realized that we needed to 360 our menu (taco bar) because my family (French) had literally never even SEEN a taco before, let alone know how to eat one... crazy I know. We were a bit torn on what to choose, as our tasting was approaching, and Penny suggested we had a meeting during which they would help us decide, rather than pressure us into choosing something to taste. They were extraordinary and the food was PERFECT. Chef Wes even surprised us by adding my favorite topping to our wedding day salad, hearts of palm! Along with the salad with did grilled chicken with mango salsa, grilled mahi, seasoned rice and delicious steamed veggies. They also did our rehearsal dinner which was AMAZING!! EVERYONE loved it - Panang Chicken with brown rice (Asian salad to start). They were kind, patient, helpful and helped me stay calm on our wedding day - a joy to work with. Chef Wesley & Assistant Penny & team AMAZING people! I honestly cannot thank these people enough for pulling off our wedding reception with a last minute venue change! Penny you were my Rock! & Chef Wes I did get married..LOL!

Ok now about the food...When your guest come to you the next day and say BEST WEDDING FOOD EVER! Enough said! We had an island style.....oysters on the half shell, shrimp, crab legs, amazing seafood fresh, and no sand in those oysters cleanest we have ever had!

Food? Delicious! Chef Wes and his assistant Penny were one of the highlights of our small destination wedding. We asked them to cater appetizers and the reception dinner. Communication was 97% online and definitely timely. They accommodated a last minute menu change after I saw a few pictures of another event they catered on Facebook. Chef Wes kept our dinner course (Surf and Turf) from getting over cooked and dried out even though we were at least 30 minutes behind schedule. Chef Wes and Penny were very personable. We enjoyed the conversation and getting to know them while they prepared the delicious appetizers and dinner. Both of them were very open and transparent about the ingredients they were preparing as all of the items were cooked fresh on site. Nothing appeared to be packaged or pre-made. We had so much food and they packaged up our leftovers and put them in the refrigerator. When they left the kitchen at the end of the night, the kitchen of the rental home we were staying at was cleaner than when they arrived. Our guests are still talking about how great the food was. We highly recommend them and hope to work with them for anniversary events in the future!
