They crushed it. We had our rehearsal dinner here. The room setup was beautiful. The service, food and care was awesome as always. In a weekend mostly marred by horrid service at Amara Cay HOTEL (not a resort) this was an perfect escape. Couldn’t have been happier, and can’t wait to come back again and again.

Chef Michael is the best in the Keys!
Chef Michael and his team prepared an amazing reception dinner right on site at our venue. The food was delicious, fresh and our guests raved about it! His team was professional, experienced and the night ran very smoothly! If you are getting married in the Keys, Chef Michael is the best!

We visited Chef Michael's restaurant for our tasting. We were very impressed with his food. We also had our family dinner there a few days before the wedding. Chef Michael was very easy to work with. His staff was excellent during our tasting and we had some of the best seafood we had ever tasted. On our wedding day we had so many guests tell us that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding! Chef Michael delivered an amazing selection of appetizers for cocktail hour and the same amazing quality of food at his restaurant was at our wedding! Thank you so much for the excellent food!!

Amazing dinner! My guests even said it was the best meal they had ever had. Chef Michael prepared dinner on site that was fresh and delicious. They had appetizers ready to pass at the exact time along with dinner service. The food was just amazing. Of course, his team was excellent too. Including everyone's favorite bartender, David. Can't wait to go back to have dinner at his restaurant.
