  Amazing Experience and Excellent Food!

  Chef Drew's catered my wedding reception and the entire experience was phenomenal. From the tasting, the planning process, and the day of coordination, Chef Drew's team was organized, professional, and kind. On top of the customer service the food was exceptional. All of my guests were raving about the tasty appetizers, their entrees being perfectly hot and neatly presented. I would recommend Chef Drew's catering 10/10 times for anyone hosting an event. Thank you so much Laurie and team for all of your help in creating a fabulous wedding!!!

  Deliciousness by Drew

  Preparing the perfect cuisine for a bunch of foodies AND a bride with a gluten allergy and a dairy allergy…Chef Drew had his work cut out for him and he exceeded every expectation to the point where we couldn’t decide so we had it all - 5 appetizers and 2 main courses - all worth every single amazingly delicious bite!! A few weeks before the wedding I asked my husband-to-be what he was most excited for and he said ‘to marry you!’ And I said ‘no, seriously’ and he said ‘the food!’ And I said ‘me tooooo!’. From the moment we finished the tasting, we dreamed about that food and devoured it with pleasure on our wedding day…and still dream about it to this day!

  Amazing Chef and Team!

  Chef Drew catered our entire wedding weekend last month (three days) and it was amazing! Simply said - his food and overall presentation is phenomenal. His team was a pleasure to work with leading up to the wedding, providing great, unique recommendations, and very open to customization. We did a tasting in advance and Chef Drew provided so many great options it was hard to choose! Service across all three days was also amazing. The staff were all so friendly and engaging, working to ensure everyone was well taken care of. Our guests were most certainly impressed!

  Mouth-Watering Food

  Amazing food!! We honestly could not wait to eat!!! This is not your usual “wedding” food but, a delicious and mouth-watering experience that every single person enjoyed!! Such an wonderful experience and highly recommend!!!!

  A truly 5 star experience

  From beginning to end, everything went smoothly with Chef Drew's team. We had a tasting in February where we met with Drew and got to try his incredible food. He is so open to ideas and being flexible to whatever we wanted to do. I worked with Laurie through the planning process, from coming up with our exact menu, to timing of the cocktail hour and dinner. She was so detailed and left no questions unanswered! I then transitioned to working with lead server Lee Ann on the day of the wedding. She came by our venue, Dolphin Point Villas, around noon to touch base with me regarding reception layout, timing and to confirm other details. Her team began setting up in the mobile kitchen at 3. That was right before the rain started. We had initially set up on the lawn, but the rain was not going to let up for hours, so the decision was made to move our entrie cocktail/reception set up underneath the villa at Dolphin Point. All of our chairs and completed table got soaked! Lee Ann and her teamed jumped in immediately and moved everything, in the rain, to safety. They even were able to dry the linens and place them back on the tables without me ever noticing!
  The food was delicious and elevated, much more than you except to find in the Keys. We had 4 passed apps-smoked salmon with mango and goat cheese, pork belly, duck spring rolls and wasabi cracked conch. We then had a watermelon skewer with basil, feta and balsamic instead of a traditional salad. We also chose the smoked fish dip, and considering I don't like fish or seafood, it was so tasty. For the entree we did a choice of Parmesan chicken breast or twin lobster tails both served with a tomato arugula risotto. Even the dinner rolls were good! For dessert we did 3 mini's-key lime tart, white chocolate bread pudding and chocolate mousse. Originally we were only going to do the key lime tart, but after trying the other 2 in the tasting, we had to add them!
  Between the amazing food, the professional servers, the fun bartenders and the excellent coordination of Laurie and Lee Ann, I would absolutely recommend Chef Drew's catering.

  Chef Drew and his team went above and beyond to make our wedding day a perfect and memorable day. Drew went out of his way to accommodate a tasting for us when we had a last minute trip to Islamorada. We immediately connected with Drew and appreciated his knowledge and passion for food. Everything we tasted was delicious. On our wedding day the quality of the food was just as delicious and exceeded our expectations along with the excellent service. Our guests can’t stop talking about everything that was served. The appetizers, the presentation of the smoked fish dip, entrees and desert were all perfect and delicious. During the cocktail hour the servers made a point to find us as we were taking photos so we were able to enjoy all of the different appetizers. Thanks again Drew and your professional team for a wonderful experience and memory.

  The best food in the keys

  Chef Drew's team was not only professional but responsive and flexible. The food was the best food I had in the keys. From key largo to key west. Chef Drew was super nice and his staff was great. His bartender was also a big hit. Super funny. I would recommend 10/10

  They are amazing!

  From our first tasting we knew the food was amazing, but what we didn't realize was how great the staff was too. They were on top of everything from hor d'oeuvres to the appetizers to dinner. I got tons of compliments on them, and we super appreciate all they have done!

  The food is AMAZING and the staff is too!

  Chef Drew's Island Catering was recommended to us by our wedding venue. Having a destination wedding in the Keys coming from Texas, we did not have the time to do a tasting. But I trusted the recommendation and I have never been happier! The entire night as well as the days following, basically every single guest at our wedding (including ourselves) said that Chef Drew's was the BEST food they have every had a wedding. Not only was the food cooked to perfection, the staff was just as perfect. Laurie, who I had been working with months leading up to the wedding, answered all my questions and was so quick to respond. I probably changed the menu and the number of people on her at least 15 times and she graciously made the changes and was as sweet as can be every time. During the wedding, the staff and chef were so awesome. They would even walk our hors d'oeuvres over to us while we were taking the formal pictures during cocktail hour to make sure the wedding party got some! Overall, the food was delicious and the staff was fantastic!

  Holy cow! Chef Drew and his entire team are so amazing! We have used them for 3 events now and each one has been above and beyond! Their staff is excellent and DREW.... we cannot say enough good things. His food is amazing and to make things even better, he is a great person. We loved working with this team and know we will use them more in the future. Should be your first stop for any catering needs in the Keys!

  Chef Drew was our caterer for our weeding, and Laurie and him did a great job. The Surf and Turf was just magic. Laurie has always been listening to our needs. They did both the best we could have expected.
  My only regret is that as we live in France and were doing our wedding in Islamorada, it will be difficult for me to hire him again.

  Chef Drew was one of the vendors we absolutely had to have due to his excellent reviews, and we can't imagine having anyone else do our wedding! Chef Drew and Laurie were easy to work with, even from abroad. We didn't get to taste any of his food before our wedding weekend, but they both helped us feel very comfortable about our choice. We got quick responses via email and had a few video chats to make sure everything was the way we wanted.
  The groom is also a chef so food was very important to us, and Chef Drew delivered! The menu was perfectly crafted by both sides, and Chef Drew's expertise really helped put it over the top. Our guests were raving about every single element, from plating to freshness to taste! We even had a sundae bar in the July heat, and guests were able to make their selections before it melted! The catering and bartending staff were professional and friendly, and the food was so good, we all finished eating before we could get pictures!
  Chef Drew also provided platters for the bridal party, a mixed bar package, as well as sides, serving dishes, and other equipment for our Welcoming BBQ, and he was very flexible with organizing pick-up and delivery. We had a lot of last minute changes to our numbers due to unforeseen events, and Chef Drew was able to work with us so that there was absolutely no stress. We highly recommend Chef Drew's Island Catering to any local and destination couples for a high quality well priced tasty meal!

  Chef Drew is amazing! He supplied the food for our rehearsal dinner and our reception. For our rehearsal dinner he recreated our first date with a food truck! Our guests kept coming up to us to tell us that they had never had better food at a wedding. He roasted an entire pig and made sure we had cracked conch and coconut shrimp. His paella is to die for! I could go on and on! Drew created an unforgettable menu for us. He gave our guests a taste of the keys for sure. Also, he is such a nice man and so easy to work with!

  We can't say enough good things about Chef Drew and his food and team of helpers . He catered a wedding of 115 people for me In Key Largo. The food was amazing and we got excellent feedback from our guests. The food was really important to us and that it had good taste and quality. They definitely accomplished that. Everyone was very professional . Laurie was so great in helping us decide the menu and sitting with us to taste test . She helped us coordinate some kids meals and was such a pleasure to work with.   Chef Drew and Laurie and the rest of his crew were great! The tasting we did was unreal which helped us make our decision. He put so much effort into his food and you could tell with the details and of course the taste. We semi-customised our menu which was exactly what we wanted. Everyone complimented on the food too!!

  Chef Drew and Laurie and the rest of his crew were great! The tasting we did was unreal which helped us make our decision. He put so much effort into his food and you could tell with the details and of course the taste. We semi-customised our menu which was exactly what we wanted. Everyone complimented on the food too!!

  Excellent staff and great food

  Chef Drews food was not only drewl (pun intended) worthy, but I've got to give it to his staff for being so helpful on the day of the wedding. I'm the sister of the groom who was also the wedding planner and with soooo many things to do the day of, the server, Erin really went above and beyond. She called a few nights prior just to go over a few things which I though was a nice touch. She also handled the day of so well with all of my requests. Yes the food was great. The presentation was very nice but if you don't want to worry about the execution, go with this staff. They will make it all happen for you even through a tropical storm. Thanks again!
