The ladies at Che Bella are great! Even though I was stuck between a few dresses, they let me try them on multiple times and were very patient. They have a great selection in terms of style and price!

I bought my dress at Che Bella and am SO glad I did! I can't say enough about how great the staff is there.

I originally was only going to have 3 people with my for my appointment, and then my family sort of went crazy about who needed to come. So I showed up with quite an entourage, which they happily accommodated - AND made everyone feel welcome and like they were a part of the process.

My stylists - Cydney - was TO DIE FOR. First, she helped me navigate all the opinions I was getting from my crew.
When we were in the back room putting the dresses on she was part therapist, part comedian, part friend. She was very polite about everyone's opinions, but didn't let me get distracted by what my crew thought of each dress.
Instead she helped me quickly narrow in on what my style was. She didn't make me feel bad for explaining which little things bothered me about each dress. She heard all my feedback, interpreted it, and went and pulled my DREAM dress.

Then, there was zero pressure to buy it. She let me re-try on my favorite 3 dresses. She brought me out in the show room to look at them in natural light, add veils and accessories and gave me a feel for what the dress would look like on the big day. She wrote down the information for me but didn't push me at all to make a decision on the spot. I called back 3 days later and ordered it! I'm completely in love.

I'm an out of town bride and they were so sweet to me through the whole process. I called them about a half dozen times with different questions and they didn't mind at all. They kept me updated on the arrival date for the dress and then eventually shipped it to me in NY where I live.

I truly cannot say enough positive things about this shop. They are the best and I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for their beautiful gown.

The only reason it's a 4 for value is these are still gowns over $1000 and I don't want to send the wrong impression. That being said Jenna made for an amazing buying process from start to finish. She never pushed me to buy, but she made it truly special when I did. When my girlfriends who couldn't make it to the wedding were in from out of town, she helped me back into my dress so they could see me in it. She worked around my schedule for pick up and helped me get back on my way. I had less than 5 months between picking out my dress and my wedding. That's cutting it close. Jenna helped me find the most amazing tailor (see review of Amy Jane Studios) and helped make my wedding process much less stressful. Che Bella Minneapolis is the greatest.
