Charlene was amazing to work with. She took my engagement, wedding and boudoir photos! Everything about working with Charlene was incredible. My husband and I loved working with her. She has a phenomenal personality and truly made us feel comfortable during our entire experience with her. Would definitely recommend!

I met Charlene at a wedding expo and instantly loved the way her photos looked that she had on display. She has a wonderful personality that her and I clicked on and knew she was meant to be my photographer. She did both our engagement and wedding photos and my husband (who is not a fan of his photos being taken at all) did a wonderful job at capturing our love for each other and I have received nothing but absolute praise for the photographs she took for both. Even with dealing with a postponement due to COVID and my panicked self not knowing what my wedding day was going to look like, she comforted me and helped me feel like it was going to all be okay. She was easy going, very personable and I would hire her again in a heartbeat! She was worth every single penny I spent and then some!

Charlene was the photographer for my wedding. She did a great job. The pictures are beautiful. She was very professional, friendly, flexible and creative. I highly recommend her for other weddings and events!

Charlene was the most responsive, flexible, and sweet photographer we could've had for our engagement photo shoot and our wedding. We really wanted someone with a more documentary style so we could get plenty of candid shots, and she really nailed it.

I knew we made the right choice after the first conversation with Charlene and the deal was sealed after she drove an hour and a half from Rochester to the Finger Lakes to get our engagement photos at 3 different locations. She got some incredible shots at each place and made the two of us incredibly comfortable in front of the camera (and that NEVER happens!).

At our wedding she went out of her way to make sure we each had the photos we wanted and even took some that we didn't know we needed! She directed our party efficiently and waded into the weeds for some really beautiful photos.

We also loved that the payment process was so simple. Charlene uses PayPal, which makes it really easy to send payment when due, and splits the payments into 3; deposit, due upon signing the contract, then half the remaining balance, due 2 weeks prior to wedding, and the remainder is due up to 30 days after the event. This really helped us budget and pay on time.

It was so nice working with Charlene and her team. Would definitely recommend!

We are absolutely THRILLED with Charlene!! My husband and I had a hard time choosing a photographer for our wedding and engagement photos. We went through a ton of portfolios online. Some, we loved their pictures but they were too pricey, some had a great price but terrible pictures. When we found Charlene it was the best of both worlds! We live outside of Buffalo, so we were a little afraid of what a travel fee would cost, but she didn’t even charge us one!
We went to Letchworth for our engagement photos and decided to bring our two dogs, last minute our dog sitter ended up bailing on us. Charlene had an assistant that (thankfully) ended up getting stuck watching our pups when we weren’t taking pictures with them, and trying to get them to look in the right direction for photos with them. That was a situation that easily could have been a disaster but they were so great and seemed like they loved our dogs! That was our first meeting with Charlene too, she made us feel so at ease in a situation where we weren’t 100% comfortable.
Since we live so far away we had a phone meeting before the wedding instead of meeting in person. Charlene gave us a ton of advice and helped us to make a timeline of our wedding day that was super helpful. She showed up while the girls and I were getting ready, took pictures of us and also the boys. We did a first look and got so many of our pictures out of the way before the ceremony. Those are my favorite pictures of the whole day! Charlene got so many pictures of all the little details, many I didn’t even realize she was capturing! I ended up losing my diamond out of my solitaire ring the night of our wedding, thankfully she got a ton of ring pictures so at least I have those to remember it!!
Our bridal party wasn’t the easiest to work with, Charlene had to act as mom and photographer at times. But she was a great sport about it, and my husband and I appreciated it so much!! Our pictures turned our incredible. We ended up adding a video last minute and are thrilled that we did. Charlene sent us a few teaser photos while we were on our honeymoon (within 2 days of the wedding!!) which was so fantastic. We loved those pictures and it made us super excited to see the rest of them. Within TWO WEEKS of the wedding she gave us an online gallery with 250 edited photos!! I couldn’t believe how fast it was, and the amazing quality. Then she sent us a flash drive with all of the edited photos and the video in less than a month. I can’t stop raving about how amazing Charlene was. Our pictures are incredible, and we got them so fast!! I have so many friends who had to wait months for their pictures!! I would recommend Charlene to anyone, any time!

Charlene was absolutely amazing! 10 out of 10 for everything!! We highly recommend her!! She did both our engagement photos and wedding photos and all the photos came out great!! She sent us a sneak peak for a few photos just days after the wedding and got the rest to us very quickly! She was very easy to work with, we were a very laid back couple who didn't know exactly what types of photos we wanted and left it all up to her. She took great posed and candid photos and they were exactly what we wanted and loved every one!! She took photos all day and traveled many different places and was on time and made sure she got all the photos we wanted at each location. She also stayed late and took photos of everyone on the dance floor, which we loved!!

Charlene and her husband did such an amazing job capturing our special day! Both times I met with her our personalities meshed really well and she took the time to really get to know us and the feeling we were hoping to achieve at our wedding. They gave great directions when posing people and had such creative shot ideas. I could not be happier with our photos. I would definitely recommend Charlene!

Charlene was the first photographer that I spoke to and I was extremely nervous about making the right decision for our big day. There are so many photographer options out there - I wasn't sure how I would pick the right one.

Charlene immediately made me feel comfortable when we sat down to discuss our big day. She scheduled our engagement photo shoot in the fall and was open to the ideas that I had for locations. The whole process was very easy, especially because I had a fiance who hated getting his picture taken!

On our wedding day, 5/25/19, Sarah was our lead photographer and Amanda was our second shooter. They were absolutely AMAZING! They got right to work and took so many great photos from us getting ready, to the church, to the in between and reception. Our bridal party was quite animated to put it lightly, and Sarah took charge and made sure we got the shots that we needed and it was NOT an easy job. They made sure we got all the photos I wanted and they came out even better that I could have ever imagined.

I know that Charlene Mann Photography is going to stay with my husband and I as we move into married life :)

Choosing Charlene to be the photographer for our wedding was the absolute best decision! We had her do our engagement photos and instantly fell in love! She was so easy to get along with and made our session so comfortable. She captured every part of our wedding day from start to finish flawlessly!! The pictures she took were STUNNING and she got them back to us so quickly! We had a sneak peak 3 days after our wedding and had many more sent to us within a week! I get goosebumps every time I look at the pictures she took at our wedding!! Definitely recommend Charlene Mann Photography!!

Charlene was easy, professional, and fun to work with! She made our pouring rain/cold wedding day look beautiful! She found a great location for us to still capture outdoor photos. We received our photos within just a few weeks from our wedding day. She captured beautiful moments for us to look back on forever.

When you first meet Charlene, you will feel like you have been friends for years. She and her husband/ videographer are fun and 100% professional. My husband and I had our engagement shoot (also we brought our puppy along for some pictures!) and wedding photos done by Charlene and we couldn't be happier! The custom photo albums for the newly weds and the parents are simply beautiful.

Charlene is amazing, and her photos are gorgeous! I am so glad we found Charlene, she truly loves her work, and her customers, and it shows. We really enjoyed working with her!
