I love the custom ring my husband designed with Jack at Chapel Hills Jewelry. We had a specific idea of the kind of ring we were looking for, and while the process was stressful for my husband and I (okay, more for me), Jack was able to talk to my husband and reassure him that it was possible to get the ring we were hoping for on the budget we had available. During the design and revision process, I wasn't always the easiest to work with--I got a little stressed, I admit--but the patience and professionalism of the staff, especially Jack, won the day. In fact, we even tried to place an order for my husband's ring with Jack, even though we knew another store in town had the exact ring on display, just because we were so grateful for the way Jack was able to listen to what we were saying (usually pretty amateurishly, with plenty of mistakes) and give us exactly what we really did want in the end. If you design a ring with them, you won't be disappointed in the quality of the work. Their work is gorgeous!

Very pleased with our wedding pieces. The staff is really helpful, and they custom make pieces to work with your budget in a reasonable amount of time. Would recommend to anyone!
