Facilities and Capacity

Able to host a maximum of 250 guests, Chandler Hill Vineyards can set the stage for small and large-scale events. You and your significant other can pledge your love on the Deck, a beautiful outdoor terrace that offers stunning views of the vineyards. With 4,500 square feet of space, it can also be used for dancing the night away with your loved ones or watching firework displays. After exchanging your vows, you can venture into the elegant Tasting Room for your reception. Its eye-catching decor and welcoming atmosphere are sure to charm your guests. Featuring a stone fireplace, hardwood floors, and ambient lighting, it is characterized by its classic-meets-contemporary aesthetic. Intimate dining occasions can take place in the Barrel Room, a cozy space that features vintage wine barrels, a private bar, and state-of-the-art audiovisual capabilities. In addition to its event spaces, the venue has an outdoor patio that can be used for your photography session.

Best wedding ever

Everything about our wedding was absolutely perfect. The initial planning and meetings with Brooke were always fun and efficient. You can tell that Brooke really cares and listened to our wedding vision. She promptly responded to all our emails and was very organized in the planning process. Brooke really knows all the ins/outs of Chandler Hill as she got married at this venue as well. All of her recommendations were spot on! Unfortunately, she was not able to be our day of coordinator but she left us in excellent hands with Emily.

The wedding day went off without any problems. Chandler Hill is an absolutely beautiful venue and their management/staff are top notch! Emily and her team set up all of our wedding decorations (and there were a lot) and really brought our wedding vision to life. The communication throughout the night was excellent which allowed us to relax and really take in our special day. The wait staff and bartenders were on point! Our large wedding kept them busy but they were able to stay on top of drinks and everything. Definitely recommend getting the signature cocktail package, it was a crowd pleaser! We had so much fun and will never forget this perfect day. Chandler Hill and their staff are such a blessing. We highly recommend this venue for all your wedding needs. They are the complete package. Chandler Hill Vineyards will always have a special place in our hearts. Thanks again everyone! : )

A wedding dream come true!!

We had the most incredible experience with Chandler Hill Vineyards as our rehearsal dinner and wedding venue space! It was truly a wedding dream come true! Megan, Ally, and their team worked incredibly hard to make our wedding events come to life and executed them beautifully! They made planning a destination wedding through a pandemic a breeze. All of the special touches through the day elevated our experience and surpassed our expectations. The rehearsal dinner in the barrel room was gorgeous and the bbq buffet was incredible. The bridal and groomsmen suites were comfortable and stocked with food and drinks, a perfect space to get ready and take photos. The champagne wall and classic getaway car were elegant touches to our ceremony and reception. Everything looked gorgeous and the food was delicious. Our wedding vision was elevated with the fireworks that wowed all of our guests. We received so many compliments! Chandler Hill’s amazing staff allowed us to feel relaxed and comfortable so we could focus on the most important element of the day, our love and sharing it with our loved ones. Our vision was very much focused on a feeling of love and fun and Chandler Hill was the perfect venue to make that feeling come to life. We are so grateful that we were able to make memories that will last forever.

Highly Recommend!

Chandler Hill was an amazing venue. It was so beautiful, with the outdoor ceremony on the deck. Pictures and first look in the vineyards were just beautiful. The staff here (Megan the wedding coordinator especially) was fantastic in helping us plan a wedding and then reschedule it due to COVID. Several of our guests commented on the food, saying it was some of the best wedding food they had had! There are bride a groom suites upstairs for some privacy throughout the day, and where the wedding party can put their belongings. Before the wedding, they had a tasting even where we got to see how the venue would be set up for a wedding and had a florist there who had made centerpieces so you could see some examples and get inspiration. The wedding coordinator, Megan, walked us through the whole day and made sure the ceremony went off without a hitch. Had it been raining, we would have done the ceremony inside by the fireplace and I know this would have been beautiful too. We felt like we had plenty of time for a first look and photos before, so we could fully enjoy the reception. We also did the Champaign wall - which was a huge hit.

Wow!! Beyond perfect!

Chandler Hill is absolutely beautiful!!! Our wedding was July 12th and it was beyond perfect! The entire staff did everything they could to make our day amazing! Megan was a dream to work with and did everything she could to make our day flawless! She was so fun and easy to work with!! Everything about Chandler Hill was amazing!

WOW. Our experience with Chandler Hill was outstanding. We worked with both the event coordinators and they we're fabulous. On the wedding day, Megan kept everything running perfectly. She even helped me put my garter on, bustle my dress, and get some sauce off my dress when I spilled on it. She went above and beyond to help make our day wonderful. Aside from that, the food is amazing, the venue is beautiful, and the bar service was amazing. All of our guests kept commenting on how perfect everything was.

What an amazing day! Megan Picket (coordinator) went out of her way to make sure our wedding was perfect. They put out our personal decorations which just enhanced the beauty of this venue. The food was so delicious and the service was outstanding! We asked for fireworks thinking there would just be a few...It went on for 10 min. They were beautiful! We were in awe of this beautiful venue and wished the day didn't end so quickly.

We chose Chandler Hill after our first choice of venue overbooked on our date. No regrets... it turned out beautifully and the sunset over the patio was incredibly beautiful! We loved it and guests complimented the food!

Wonderful! I had my dream wedding there. They do a great job of helping keep things organized for you with the timeline and the vendors. Megan was a huge help and was very sweet. I got so many compliments about how gorgeous the venue was. We got married overlooking the vineyard and had dinner inside the beautiful tasting room/restaurant. It is a naturally gorgeous place so we were able to save money on decorations. Highly recommend.

My husband told me multiple times that people said we had the best/most beautiful wedding reception they have ever been to and that I did a great job on our wedding! I think the best choice I made was choosing Chandler Hill for my reception venue. I looked at a ton of venues around St. Louis and none had the feel and warmth of Chandler Hill.

The wedding coordinator Becky was helpful the entire year as I prepared for my wedding. I would shoot her an email about something I was wondering and she would email me back the next day with the answer. I changed my mind multiple times and she was patient and understanding. The night of my wedding the Chandler Hill staff was helpful and accommodating the entire night. The main "cons" of having your wedding reception here is that to hit the drink and food minimum you are probably going to have to have guests OUTSIDE while some guests are INSIDE--and weather in Missouri is not always the best and these guests can feel left out. Also, you only have from 5:00pm-5:30pm to set up your decorations if your reception starts at 6:00pm, and guests start arriving WAY before the reception time so they saw our preparations.

All in all, however, I would do it all again in a heartbeat. The beauty of the vineyards was incredible and the decor and warmth was exactly my personality.
