Good communication and support.

They provide great customer service and helped me figure out which options would be best for our backyard wedding. I had to reschedule our wedding due to covid-19, and they were easy to work with. I rented a 10'x40' clear tent, tables, chairs, chair cushions, and heaters. The clear tent and chairs looked amazing! I was so happy that they had a clear tent and that I went with all of my choices.

Great inventory, mid service

Company had great inventory! One stop for all. Polite, work with contract - professionalism is there. However, no proof of items upon delivery so I would recommend to hire someone to account for items. They were pretty flexible when needed to work through issues. However, response was selective. For example requested photos but did not receive any. Not sure if it’s an option to see rentals in person but the catalog alone is difficult to work with and photos were not sent. Okay company if you put in some work to assure you get what you need. Follow up on photos, hire someone to accept and review the delivery.
